"In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited. Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told "if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay". After arguing 20 minut"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! We arrived at the hotel quite late. The receptionist who greeted us was very helpful with both our car and suggesting 2 great restaurants to go to. Breakfast - also amazingly fresh and wonderful (those who have traveled in Italy know that it is not a land of great breakfasts :)! The hotel has recently been renovated - top quality interior design and utmost respect for this beautiful old building in the old town of Trento. "

"Fantastiskt fint hotell med mycket bra service för både oss och vår hund. Det var mycket varmt ute (>35C) och tyvärr var det lite svårt för AC:n att få ner temperaturen inne, men det var ändå ett mindre problem. Helhetsintrycket blir ändå väldigt positivt. Förutom uppgradering av rum och mycket bra service så fick vi också en avskedsgåva i form av marmelad från lokal producent "

"Unfortunately I forgot 200 eur cash in my hotel room. Even though i called them the day after and provided hard evidence on where i put it, and that its impossible to not have been found, they denied it completely and never offered much of help. I understand and pointed out to them that I fully understand this happens a lot in the hotel world, and probably that some guests lie about similar too, but when I explain to them how and why, and its 100% guaranteed i know where i put it, they still deny. Very sad because other than this they were very pleasant, good hotel and good staff. I simply believe one of the colleagues simply lied about finding it and the rest of the staff believed this person. I also understand its word against word, but what else than telling this can I possibly do? Its a fact. But its a part of life!"
