âThe experience was above my expectations.
We had a roomâs upgrade and it was a nice start of our holiday.
The kind receptionist Lucia always asked about our stay.
We enjoy the full and complete buffet breakfast.
The staff was really nice and kind always smiling to us.
The swimming pool and the spa is a must. We enjoy the use of a sauna and the relax area included.
Is a baby friendly hotel and I really recommend for the position, close to Asiago and the ski facilities

Bel hotel nel centro storico di Levico. Camera grande, pulita, letto comodo e uscita sul terrazzo. Colazione con ampia scelta.

âExcellent hotel with new and large rooms just a few hundred meters from the ski slopes. The spa was small but has everything you need. It couldn't be any more convenient and the staff was friendly. â

Stayed for a couple of nights during business trip. Also stayed here some times before. Very clean and nice hotel with parking place. Excellent breakfast and possibility also for dinner.â
âVery nicely located within Levico Terme, with lots of parking space, and a 2 minute walk from the main street with stores and restaurants. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Our room had no balcony, but also no neighbors, so this was all good. Room and bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. Biggest compliment we could give: we extended our stay here with another 4 days.â

"In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited.
Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told "if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay". After arguing 20 minut"

Det var mycket varmt ute (>35C) och tyvÀrr var det lite svÄrt för AC:n att fÄ ner temperaturen inne, men det var ÀndÄ ett mindre problem. Helhetsintrycket blir ÀndÄ vÀldigt positivt.
