“The staff were helpful and it was clean, but the shower had low pressure and it didn’t look like they had completed the bathroom upgrades. Other than that it was fine.”

“Awesome hotel. I love staying at Tru. I always get a kick out of them putting our name on the tv as a welcome. The breakfast is amazing. Beds are a bit hard for my taste, but the pillows are great. Staff was super nice.”

“Very clean. Not luxury but everything you need. TV in both main room and bedroom. We arrived late and office was closed but someone directed us to the mgr’s apt. Carlotta was super sweet and helpful. I would come back for sure.”

“Staff upon entering was so helpful and kind. We got in quite late and they were very accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast was great, only thing we would have wanted was bananas due to a long road trip and cramped legs. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!”

“Jätte bra boende i Salem. Stora och fina rum, rent och fantastiskt hjälpsam personal!”

“While waiting to check-in, a manager and another employee accused me of smoking in the lobby because they smelled smoke. I wasn’t smoking and have never smoked in my life! I was just waiting in the lobby for my family. They didn’t apologize and were rude and unprofessional. It’s an ‘ok’ lodging facility but due to that incident, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other hotel options available right next door within walking distance.”

“Rent rum. Bra läge. ”

“Amenities, particulate in bathroom are minimal. This is is place for business travelers and those chunking their travels on I-81, not a five star hotel, but good place to rest your head.”

“Ground floor rooms in the back of the property has a strong cleaner with underlying musty smell. Old carpets but neat over bare concrete would do that”

“Nothing unique. Living room sofa needs replacing.”
