“We have just returned from a brilliant couple of weeks at La Roche. The house and setting is lovely and so peaceful. We loved sitting in the garden or by the pool and listening to the birds. The house itself sleeps 8 and upstairs is a/c which was a relief from the 34 degree heat. Pool was clean and large enough for all the kids to play. Nearby to Bergerac with lots of easily reached day trips. Would definitely return. ”

“Perfect home for 2 weeks in a fabulous location for exploring chateaus and caves.We had everything we needed with the bonus of the pool which was very much needed in the heat and the boys loved it. Walking into Monpazier daily to visit the Boulangerie was a happy routine. ”

The pool area is beautiful with a fantastic view of the surrounding countryside and gardens. Our host Tanya was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, thankyou Tanya. A real home from home. Mention spéciale pour l'immense cuisine et sa table 12 personnes !Quelques petits bricolages restent à faire dans la maison mais n'empechent nullement de savourer le sejour dans une region qui a plein de choses à faire découvrir. Sans oublier la piscine qui ravira petits et grands et la disponibilité de notre hôte !Nous recommandons ”

“Très belles vacances. Un accueil chaleureux, un endroit merveilleux. Que dire de plus. Nous avons été soignés aux petits oignons par notre hôte. La région est magnifique. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à visiter à seulement quelques kilomètres ! La maison est très agréable et il ne manque absolument rien ! Nous sommes repartis avec pleins d'étoiles dans les yeux...”

“A fantastic place to stay. Perfect for relaxing with 3 families....such a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful area. The kitchen area and facilities were brilliant and great for hosting a large group. We were slightly unlucky with the weather so didn't enjoy the beautiful pool as much as we would have liked to! Would love to return though....With hindsight I would have booked 3 weeks rather than 2!”

“We had a fantastic 2 weeks here. The whole purpose of our holiday was to unwind, which we did very successfully. The house is very spacious with every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is well-equipped and cooking outside is made simple with the new barbecue. The pool is lovely - heated very effectively. “Wir haben sehr kurzfristig für zwei Wochen gebucht. Es war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Wir wurden von dem Consiergepaar sehr freundlich empfangen und in das Haus eingewiesen. Sie hatten auch gleich einige sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Wanderungen und Radtouren für uns. Das Haus ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich wünschen kann, von Klimaanlage/Heizung über Holzofen und Küche mit allem, was es braucht, um auch im Urlaub wie zu Hause zu kochen.
