“Worn down and tired. Bulbs broken in bathroom. Dispensers of soap etc empty. Paper thin walls between rooms. Smell of cigarettes and pot in hallways. Comfy beds. Nice coffee in room. Staff not very friendly, helpful or service minded. Check-in took 1,5 hours, maybe because by Expedia as well.”

“At check in we noticed an almost empty roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No extra rolls. Went to front desk and they said someone would be up shortly. They never arrived. Used clenex tissues that night. Next morning advised front desk we had no TP. Was told housekeeping would be right up. No show again. Started walking around looking for housekeeping. Found one lady on our floor. Told her the issue. She wouldn't give me any off her cart. Told me she would run to the supply closet and go...

“There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. Now I did like my room on the top floor. The casino, even though I lost all my money that I use for gambling, it was nice. The...
