“The entrance was hard to find because it's in the back! Nicely lit parking lot! And the place is clean inside.”

“We decided to stay another night at the last minute and it was such an easy transition. The front desk staff was so nice and helpful. We had to move rooms as the one we were staying in was booked already, but they had our new room ready to move our things to, before we even left the hotel for our activities.”

“Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning.”

“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit...

“There was NO coffeemaker. Cabinets seem to be falling apart. Some of the pillows were ripped. Whatever floor cleaner they used was sticky. Had to pay extra to stream movies from my own device and a service I pay for? The property seemed a little sketchy.”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Didn't feel safe. Uber driver that dropped me off and picked me up (separate drivers) both said the hotel had a bad reputation in the area”

“Awful. Room stank cigarette smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly. Staff claimed it was not possible and wanted to offer us another room. We chose to leave...”

“Everything clean. Staff generally friendly but desk people need to greet whenever someone comes in and doormen need to open doors each time. Older doorman was great. Bartender is Richard excellent. Lots to do nearby ”
