The Beach is calling you - We would like to welcome you and your family to The Polished Pebble BNB a fully furnished and equipped stand alone unit. This unit includes all amenities as well as a washer and dryer, fridge stove and dishwasher, full cable and free WIFI. This is located in sunny Parksville. Enjoy walking or swimming at the beach with several beach accesses. Rathtrevor Beach is a 6 minute walk.. The bird sanctuary is a 2 minute walk. Come enjoy the sunshine and what Parksville has to offer - Restaurants - Tourist attractions and of course the beaches. The unit is comfortable and quiet.

A perfect spot for a cozy winter family trip. We loved playing the board games provided by the fire, and birdwatching at the estuary down the street!

Great little place to stop after our flight from Montreal before going on our bigger drive across the island to ukey. wonderful kitchen. great sea walks. Bird sanctuary to your left is a definite must go in the morning and you see seals. make sure you bring binoculars! comfortable beds and nice to have a washer and dryer. host responded to everything we needed. Home away from home. we will be back

Aileen is an amazing and meticulous host. Communications were timely and full of details. Her accommodation is deserving of being described as “boutique”. Aileen's attention to detail is impressive. Everything is spotless. We had every convenience imaginable, and her suite is very spacious and beautifully presented. We were spoiled with the amenities, including an assortment of complimentary soaps and hair products, paper towels and laundry items. The location is in a beautiful quiet setting, minutes from the beach. There are several options for beach walking. Yet we were conveniently close to the main road for shopping and access to other nearby sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend The Polished Pebble BNB for discerning visitors.

We had a fantastic experience. The suite was exactly as advertised, and Aileen was lovely and very responsive to questions. The area is quiet with easy beach access and a short walk to Rathtrevor. We were all very comfortable at night (2 bedrooms and a pull-out couch) and the kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. Lots to do in the area.

The absolute perfect place to be

We've been travelling to so many places - but Aileen's place is by far the best. Very neat, clean, bright, well equipped, nicely decorated and very close to the beach. We enjoyed every minute and we can definitely recommend it!

Super stay near the beach!

The unit is beautiful, tidy and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is very quiet and I enjoyed walking at the beach with convenient access just across the street. Lots of windows in the unit provide natural light and great views of gardens. It’s a very peaceful and private place to stay, Highly recommend!

Excellent place!!

The place was walking distance to the beach which is a plus! We came over during Christmas and the host was excellent in communication, keeping the place clean and neat. Would recommend anyone visiting Parksville this wonderful suite.

Lovely unit, right across from the beach.

The unit was very nice, spotless upon arrival. Owners kindly let us in early, which was much appreciated. Quick responses to our questions. Location was great, quiet and right across from beach, 5 minutes to town for groceries, etc. No complaints at all!

Such a top notch place to stay! The host, Aileen, is not only a lovely person but she has really put so much thought into the place. From the decorations, to the quality household items to make your stay more comfortable. You will not find a more thoughtful host!! Lovely Spot

Aileen was wonderful and very thoughtful. The personal touches, and cleanliness of the suite were bar none. Great directions left for using any of the appliances to make things go smoothly. Lastly the coffee beans made phenomenal coffee.

Beautiful accommodations

There are so many positives about the Polished Pebble. Very clean, organized, comfortable and easy communication with Aileen. Beach access is across the road and there are deer and cute bunnies in the area. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we will hopefully be back.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with our family of 4. We were able to use the BBQ and also enjoyed the convenience of a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The suite was clean and quiet and my daughter enjoyed the ocean theme throughout the home. Loved that the beach was within walking distance. The beach toys and wagon was also very handy for us to use with the kids when going out. One minor inconvenience was that there was no dining table, only a breakfast bar with tall stools. It was hard to safely contain our 2 year old during meal times and messes were made all over the floor. Luckily the suite also had a vacuum which was also very good for clean up.

Beautiful suite near ocean

The place was very clean and beautiful. Everything we needed was there, including beach toys, beach chairs, wagon to take to beach, kids toys and games and more! There was access to a rocky beach just across the street and it was also close to sandy Parksville beach (5 min drive) and Rathtrevor beach (5 min drive). You could also walk to Rathtrevor through the forested area by the ocean too, which was beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place!
