“Trevlig personal och bra städning av rummet. Saknade dock att det inte fanns frukost på hotellet.”

“Great and nice security people. Bad cleaning 3 out of 4 days (towels looked dirty, half made bed, old plastic cup left on table etc). Tried to tip extra to get better cleaning, but no. When we did not tip, the cleaning was good, so probably we tipped wrong person. Tried breakfast in the bar, but waiting time was long and the serving was stopped in the kitchen at the same time we got to order. Interior in public areas are beautiful. Pool area nice, but really cold water. Good location. ”

“The room was spotless. Tina and Perry were both amazing! We were from out of town and drove in. Due to construction in the Quarter, there were many streets blicked off. We were having difficulty finding the parking lot. Tina walked outside and directed us to the lot. She also provided us with info on places to eat. And Perry assisted us with obtaining a taxi and updating us with cab number and arrival. They were both so pleasant and helpful. Above and beyond with smiles on their faces!💕”

“The room and bathroom were incredibly large. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Great service and helpful staff. It is walking distance from the French Quater and good value for the money. The pool was nice. The breakfast wasn’t great, small selection and lots of sugar, skip that and eat somewhere else. ”

“The AC did keep the room clean. We did not use the shuttle. We parked at USPark.net because it was less expensive and a closed in parking lot ”

“Vi fick säga till flera gånger om städning av rum för att det skulle ske. Stort plus med värmereglering i rummet både åt det kalla och varma hållet. Inte så mycket köksutrustning men finns mikro o kyl/frys. Betalningen är inte helt tydlig då de drar flera belopp, särskilt om man bor längre tid. Ingen källsortering överhuvudtaget, plastbestick på frukosten.”

“Good hotel near New Orleans airport. Free airport shuttle to and from airport and hotel. But Hotels.com must update the phone nr to this hotel. They answer when you call +15046029710. Nice, clean rooms, comfortable bed, fridge, air-condition, free parking. On the breakfast menu there are 5- 6 different dishes for around 12 dollars each.”

“Super mysigt hotel med fräscha nya rum. OBS dyr parkering som inte ingår (om man har bil). Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen på insidan. Hotellet är super nära bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! ”
