A Little Hidden Gem
Loved this place! Enjoyed a blissful week here, couldn’t ask for better. We could see macaws and other gorgeous birds flying around the property from their top deck that provides a great view of the sunsets. The pool was great, had it to ourselves just about every day. So peaceful if you’re looking to just chill and read and be away from all the activity and noise of the beach, especially on cruise ship days.The host and staff are warm, kind and so helpful with suggestions and bookings. The free breakfasts are huge and delicious with great variety, made fresh when you arrive to eat. The entire place is incredibly clean and well looked after. A very short 3 or 4 minute walk down to the beach and all the bars, shops and restaurants, including the Argentinian Grill which was great, located right next to Beachers as soon as you get to the beach. There’s also an “everything” store/ market right there beside Beachers that carries a bit of all you might need. There’s a great snorkelling area just down the beach a short way. Easy walk to West End for exploring shops and restaurants there and then we took a water taxi back for 5 each. West Bay Divers just down the street is great and they have nicer boats than most others which allows them to go to the farther dive sites. This review wouldn’t be complete without mentioning the two sweetest and most affectionate cats by the names of Gina & Carlita. Great fun chatting and hanging out with them around the pool.
