“Nice place with great customer service. It is a bit pricey, though, especially when it comes to food, drinks, and transportation. If you're planning a visit, I'd recommend budgeting ahead to help save on those expenses and make the most of your trip.”

“This is a 2 star property with 5 star prices. There is no “white sand beach”. The sand is brownish and the locals harass you on the sand directly in front of the property selling their wares. The Spa is beautiful but there was no one available to give me a manipedi and my massage was atrocious. The room was beautifully appointed but the loud band on Saturday night spoiled the ambiance. Worst of all, I was told they would call me when my room was ready at check-in, but after sitting in the heat...

“The property facilities are aged, although well kept. The room we got urgently needs an upgrade. Living room furniture cuffed and very worn. Bedroom ok. Nothing to brag about. Got to the room and WIFI is not working at all. The name and code we got at the reception desk was incorrect. Maintenance needed to come in and restart the modem and provide us with the new name and code. The TV ( Sony Bravia 2011) was not connected to the cable / WiFi box. Needed to get maintenance to come and install a...

“Mostly everyone speaks Spanish, all entertainment was Spanish-speaking and very loud. Bar has low quality booze selections and not a big variety. Miller is the only beer included in all-inclusive package. Food was above average for buffet. Resort is spread out and many rooms are a longer walk to get to beach and main pool area. Main pool has nice shade, about 3 feet deep. Quieter family pool is very quiet and peaceful, but very little shade & also 3 feet deep. Our door had a big gap at the...

“By far one of roatans best places to stay. The staff extremely helpful and the shuttle service was Class A. We will definitely be staying there again soon. Oh and herbies sport pub is a sports fan dream! So much to see as far as memorabilia. And the food is excellent and fair prices.”

“Na”

“This hotel is a true gem and the staff make it so! Everyone from the receptionist, restaurant staff and security are friendly, helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was tasty and the location can’t be beat. I have nothing negative to say about this place and look forward to returning.”

“Thos was a beautiful property with the beat staff I have ever met. They went out of their way to make sure we were safe, fed, and a great time. The food was so good. We will definitely be back. Huge shout out to Junior, Chessey, and Luis.”

“Amazing”

“Las Verandas was a great choice. The room was beautiful and spacious with a wonderful balcony and the food was delicious! The grounds are very well maintained and the ground around the pools never gets hot. The concierge was very helpful, booking us a snorkeling trip and providing other helpful information. The one downfall (no fault of Las Verandas) was the no-see-ums, so bring bug spray and use it!”

“Clean friendly staff very welcoming”

“The staff were amazing and the property was pristine. The mix between being a house but having hotel services was perfect.”
