Gorgeous 5 Bedroom 4 Bath Home on the White River

This gorgeous ranch style home, is located in the rolling hills of Meeker Colorado, just outside of Rifle, on the K-T ranch. With five bedrooms (four king beds and two twin beds) and four full baths, this home is very spacious and sleeps 10 comfortably. There are two large common areas, fully furnished with comfortable couches and televisions. Downstairs there is a massive kitchen and dining room with seating for everyone. The house also features a screened in wrap around porch, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or an evening sunset. The home sits on one mile of private access to the White River, famed for its massive brown trout. During the summer you can enjoy, nearby ATV rentals, fishing, hiking, horse back riding, and even the weekly Meeker rodeo. The town of Meeker is a short five minute drive and offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, museums, and grocery stores. If you visit in the winter months, you can enjoy world renowned snowmobiling just up the road. So whether your looking for an escape from the city and busy day to day life, or a trip full of adventure, the K-T ranch house is the perfect place to stay.

This would be our 4th year staying there and we will continue to come back annually. The hosts are very accommodating and are always very responsive. The full double kitchen is more than suitable for our needs. We love this place!

Always above and beyond

This is the third time we’ve rented this house and but doesn’t disappoint at all. The kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook up anything during our stay. The beds are all comfortable and the staff managing the house is more than willing to help out when anything came up. We will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful House

This property was excellent for our gathering. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable beds. The Kitchen was well equipped with all things that you would need. The dining room had enough sitting that we could all sit down at the same time. The view from the porch where we spent most of our time was absolutely stunning. We would come back to this BEAUTIFUL OLD FARMHOUSE is an instant with our family.

Great place to stay

House was huge with 2 stoves 2 kitchen tables great for big groups and stocked with a variety of cooking utensils. Great location for riding side by sides as you can ride from property to trail heads. We relaxed with a nice fire outside and played horse shoes. Very friendly people.

Beautiful farm house

Best equipped vrbo we have stayed in, from the frig space to the well appointed kitchen. Lots of room in the house and on the property.Beautiful valley setting, secluded yet close to town. My only very minor complaints would be that while the property is on the river, access is not too easy, and you can ride utvs from the property to the trails,but you have to get on 50mph road for several miles. Neither of these things prevented us from having a great time.Would highly recommend this to future travelers.

Excellent fishing property

We had a great time. Hired a chef to prepare meals. Worked very well. Fishing the White River is The attraction. Fishing was great and the stay at the K-T was great.

Fabulous Place!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to ha g our hats for our 9 day hunt in Meeker. The house is spacious, updated and still has a classic 1900’s feel to it. Would definitely return to this place in the future.
