“This place is everything and more than we excepted!! Absolutely beautiful, clean, well stocked and just allAround perfect!! We had a ball as a family and we will book again!! ”

“Good communication with owners. Loved the fire pit and outdoor lighting and BBQ area. Cabin was a little chilly but a heater was provided in a bedroom. Beds were a little small but comfortable. Had a good time soaking up the fall colors and excellent location to USFS and fishing. Quiet neighbors.”

“My husband, 2 year old son and I stayed for a few days at the property it’s a very cute nicely redone older home in old town. 15 mins away from Glenwood springs with easy access to the highway. The house was clean and well kept. ”

“We were under the impression the house was closer to Glenwood Springs based off the website. It is not.The house looks like it is lived in. There's food in the fridge, freezer, and pantry. There was a FULL diaper genie in one of the rooms that smelled. The litter box was full of feces. There is no garbage cans or anywhere to put the trash. Overall this is not a house we would stay in again.”

“We were in town for a family reunion. My wife, dog and a couple of friends stayed in cottage B and my son's family stayed in cottage A. In hindsight, after seeing the property, I would have suggested to my sister who organized the reunion to hold it there. The property is beautiful and spacious. There is ample parking, a sand volleyball court, cornhole games, etc. Cottage B even has a game room with a TV and foosball table. Each cottage is well equipped and each has a Blackstone grill. “Could use more chairs/stools for outside seating/table. View was great and bed in upper bedroom very comfortable. Location was Ideal. Only a short distance to where we were visiting family. Managed all the stairs but not sure would stay in future due to our age. Read description carefully and take into account any and all difficulty one might have managing them. Definitely not child friendly. Contact was great and response quick ”

“Loved our stay. Property was located centrally to the Springs and all shopping in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to make from the front door to the hot springs within 10 minutes. Virginia was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Outside seating area was cute and private. ”
