"How can this be classified as 4 stars!?! Let's start: 1. You have to pick up both bed linen and towels at the reception and haul it to your room and make the beds etc..Then the same circus hauling dirty towels and linen back to the reception on departure day. One thing is that you may make your own bed but at the very least, the linens should be provided in your room! 4 stars, you must be joking! 2. Poorly cleaned. Dirty floors, cob web all over and mold spots over the cabinets in the kitchen. See picture. 3. Outdoor patio in poor condition. Broken parasol and divider hanging loose. See picture. 4. Water saving nozzle in shower head. Barely producing any water. Took the nozzle off and showered with just the hose to get any rinsing at all. 5. One single toilet paper roll supplied for a multi day stay. No extra handed out, instead given the comment; go and buy one. Customer service par excellence! 6. Daily cleaning charge per dog (EUR 15/day!!) although you only clean one time after departure on a multi day stay. What a scam that is! 7. No starter package (sponge, dish towel and dishwasher soap etc..) given. I have never stayed in a similar facility in France w/o being offered this. 8. Stale bread sold on Sunday morning marketed as freshly baked. Truly a disappointing stay! Be warned! "
