“A/C unit noisy, train tracks 15 feet from hotel & the trains run all night, but sheets clean & accommodations good. ”

“The heat system was horrible. It was so loud to have the heat on but soon after you turned it off the room became very cold. The floors were so cold you had to wear shoes inside. It was extremely drafty around both the door entrance and the balcony doors. There seemed to be little or no thought for being environmentally conscious at all which seemed very odd in a national park. For the high price we paid this was nothing more than an average motor motel. ”

“Utmärkt skick på hotellet, bra kostnadsfri parkering. Stora fina rum, men tyvärr alldeles för liten garderob. Centralt läge, ganska dyrt, men det är alla hotell i Banff. Trevlig liten pool och även sauna, men med utetemperatur på plus 33 grader blev den inte besökt! För oss helt okända Banff blev en positiv överraskning med fantastiska berg runt om staden”

“Great location and fab room. Modern and very comfortable with great facilities, including pool and steam room. You can access all of Banff very easily and we really enjoyed our stay here. The only negative is the train horns going off throughout the night but nothing the hotel can do about that. We would definitely stay here again. ”
