Cons- You can hear everything from the room above you, even someone zipping a zipper. Ask for an upstairs room. No info provided on hours of bar , people at the front desk , etc. shower doesn't have a curtain , just a clear liner , so hopefully nobody needs to use the toilet if someone is in the shower . “Nice place, shabby sheek very clean, big screen TV. Big windows you can open, no central air but room has a ceiling fan and small rolling air conditioner. There is also a super cute retro fridge/freezer stocked with cold drinks and a small microwave. Beware there is no 24 hour attendant on site. We locked ourselves out and waited 15 minutes for someone to come back to the premises to let us back in. Also, no hot water for showers; otherwise, nice accommodations.”

“Rom/Cabin was roomy and cozy. It had a fireplace which needed wood. I did not use this. The pool and hot tub was nice and used during my stay. Very quiet location with the exception of highway noises. The property is good for dog owners with area for dog walking and potty stations. Very enjoyable stay”

“Jag och min sambo åkte till Big Bear på en weekendresa för att åka snowboard och prova på det amerikanska stuglivet. Vi blev mycket nöjda med vårt val då stugan var oerhört mysig och komplett - med en öppen spis som bonus! Köket hade allt man behöver för att laga mat, allt är fint inrett och det enda vi kan påpeka var att det var lite svårt att få till en jämn temperatur i hela stugan (vi bodde i stuga nr 7 med två våningar) samt att badrummet kan fräschas till en aning. “The fireplace worked,but the jet spa didn't, the blinds need replacing & the other window was above the tub,so hard to get to. The mattress was so old & lumpy, I hardly got any sleep, the lazy boy chair didn't stay extended. The Location was great, the area was serene & quaint. Accessible to downtown & restos.”

“There is no one in the office to check us in. The wifi doesn't work. I contacted staff and they texted back "I will check now". The next day I asked back and no response. The original text asked us to take trash out to the dumpster next to the house, but there isn't a dumpster. The hot tub and pool are both empty and dry. There are lots of ants and spiders in the rooms.”

“Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top! Clean rooms, easy access TV, and comfortable sheets with a plush bed. Overall excellent experience and I’ll be back for sure!”

“Everything was fine,my kids really enjoyed the playground the only thing that was bothering me was the fridge not working properly my drinks and milk were warm. The cabin was clean and it had everything we needed to make a meal. My family wants to go back next year.”
