“From booking to checking out, everything was excellent. Brand new house, excellent view overlooking Alpine golf course on the 12th hole. House is stocked with everything you need and more. There were 8 of us, and we had plenty of room. Love the game room downstairs! The hosts were very prompt on responses to any questions we had. Check in easy, as well as check out. You receive all info you need in plenty of time. We would definitely stay there again.”

“This was the perfect home to host our family winter retreat! The open floor plan, huge kitchen, dining, and living areas allowed us to bond over nightly family style meals, games, karaoke, dancing, puzzles and lots of love and laughter! Very clean, abundance of towels, warm decor, comfortable beds and bunks. Excellent ski in and ski out with large adjacent mud area. Host was very pleasant, responsive and attentive. ”

“Great location - easy access to the farmers market, walk by the lake, and Gilda's bakery. Clean and well kept, had everything we needed. Easy drive to Charlevoix, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Mackinaw, and the UP. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Great house. Easy to walk into town. Great layout for two families to share the space. Owner answered any question I had super quick. I wish the kitchen had a better supply of glassware. Only one wine glass and no plastic cups which you need for the hot tub. Hot tub was very nice but you are on the side of the main road so you hear road traffic.”

“The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house.”

“Really cute cottage! Comfy beds and nice amenities! WiFi slow but not a make it or break it. Great location for walking into town and to the grocery. Used it as a central location to hit Nubs Nob and Boyne Mountain for skiing.”
