“We are an older couple staying for a couple of nights and the room was meant for a family with little children as the toilet was very small and extremely low, the sink was lower for easier child reach and there were NO support in the form of bars or anything else for older individuals. This needs to be noted by staff checking people in. The room is not very comfortable or safe for older individuals.”

“Our tub did not drain water and the parking lot and grounds were not maintained well. The sign was broken and so we almost drove past the hotel due to a late night check in. The next morning we could see that a banner is hanging over the sign but because it was windy; the banner was half blown off. When we went to check out, no one was in the office and we called the number on the sign at the desk but there was no answer. This was after we rang the bell. I opted to leave the keys on the counter...

“The phrase that comes to mind is "every expense was spared". The house lacks basic things one doesn't think to ask about. There was no way to wash the dishes, no dishwasher, no drying rack, no towels, no soap, which made us worry about the cleanliness of them. No hair dryer, which my wife discovered with a wet head of hair. Three bowls, 6 glasses were the entire contents of the kitchen. No way to toast bread, but strangely, an upscale coffee maker. Beds are horrible. Overly soft--basically...
