“Holiday Inn in Homestead was not very clean. Pink mold and toe nail clippings were in the bathroom. We were 4 people and were only given 2 bath towels both days. We had to go to the front desk for the other 2. I saw the room fee we were charged was much more than the fees that were posted on Expedia for the same weekend. This place was definitely not worth what we paid.”

“the food for breakfast that you offered tasted like cardboard the oatmeal was runny not oatmeal the orange juice was not orange juice eggs and meat on both days were not eggs or meat they all looked like food but the food was not the real deal other than the breakfast food and it was NOT the preparers it was the food ... the staff and the room were execellent it was the food that was disapointing coffee was good also if i am paying 800 for 2 nights i expect real food ”

“Hotel is beautiful; lobby area great-seating & indoor fireplace, can relax with your group. Great rooftop patio with tables & seats-you can take beverages and food from 1st floor restaurant/bar up to enjoy view of Monongahela River. Restaurant/bar area was welcoming & open til 10 pm. “This is the second time I have stayed at the Oaklander. The first time there were stains all over my sheets. They were changed. This time the pillows were wrinkled and did not smell fresh. I had to request new pillow cases. It’s a beautiful hotel but when they tell you they are inspecting your room before you go in beware, you better inspect it yourself. Housekeeping was very courteous when they changed the pillow cases. One bright point. Very disappointing for such a beautiful hotel.”
