“Air was perfect for hot flashes at night for us women. Beds were comfy and room was clean. Nice overnight stay. Food and stores all around.”

“When I see a listing for breakfast, I assume that means it’s complimentary & that wasn’t the case here at all. They offer a bistro in the lobby that serves breakfast, but nothing about it is complimentary. And then they advertise there is a pool, when in fact they haven’t had a pool since Jan 2026. The two reasons I booked this hotel & they falsely advertise it to get guests. Then they label my children as adults. Very strange. You may have got my business this ONE time, but I will not be back.”

“We've been staying at Mansions on Fifth for several years now. We love the hotel and location. However, we were disappointed to learn this time that the absolutely wonderful breakfast that was offered earlier (for like $22) is not longer offered. Instead, for $15 you can get a pre-wrapped dried out croissant from some factory in Pittsburgh. Major disappointment. They have the facilities to offer breakfast, all they need to do is cook it.”

“The shower had obvious mold (red and black). The bed was not comfortable and made a very loud squeaking noise any time you moved. The bathroom door had a lot of dust and residue on it. There was not a lot of counter space in the bathroom. The toilet paper was very very thin and cheap. When booking the site said free self parking—it was $22 a night on top of the booking price and they only have about 30 spots that fit compact cars. “This place was just ok. I was pleased the pool was clean and in working order, but otherwise there was a lot that was underwhelming. On our second day, our keys stopped working, and when I went to get new ones, had to wait a long while because lots of folks were checking in and some were returning to the desk because their assigned rooms were dirty or had people actively in them. Overall, kinda spooky vibes, understaffed, and under-cared-for.”

“My stay at the Inn on Negley was so phenomenal. The staff were so kind and the property was beautiful and very tidy. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced considering the quality and care. Would 100% stay here again”
