“This is a fantastic little cottage. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. It was small and quaint but had everything we needed. The location can’t be beat. Turn right out the front door and you are just steps away from the beach; turn left and you are just steps away from Siesta Key Village.”

“Our stay was wonderful. It was steps away from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and check-in and check out was very easy. The beach was not too crowded and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.”

“The only reason I am giving more than one star is that the woman host gave me money back after this incident. I arrived and noticed it was dirty so I informed the host. Multiple areas of the home were dirty including the hot tub which is not sanitary. Upon informing the host a man appeared at the rental drunk and started yelling at me a female who is much younger than him.He was rude and tried to tell me I was seeing things. I told him to touch the dirty areas and visible things such as hairs...

“I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...
