    När du kliver ut på den privata lanai – utrustad med en ny matgrupp – känner du brisen från Mexikanska golfen redan innan kaffet hunnit serveras. Den delvisa utsikten över Mexikanska golfen från lägenheten ger dig en känsla av vattnet utan att du behöver betala det höga priset för en lägenhet direkt vid golfen, vilket återspeglas i priset.

    Detta är en semesterbostad i Bradenton Beach belägen mellan två av de mest karakteristiska destinationerna på Anna Maria Island, båda inom bekvämt gångavstånd.

    Bridge Street ligger några kvarter söderut – med restauranger vid vattnet, livemusik, unika butiker och den typen av kvällar som inte kräver någon planering. I den andra riktningen ligger Cortez Village en kort promenad bort – Floridas äldsta aktiva fiskesamhälle, med fisk- och skaldjursmarknader vid kajen, historiska stugor och ett tempo som inte har förändrats mycket på hundra år. Fiskebryggor både vid Mexikanska golfen och vid bukten finns i närheten.

    Inuti har lägenheten fräschats upp med modern inredning och en välplanerad planlösning. Master-sviten har en king size-säng. rummet har en queen size-säng. Vardagsrummet har bekväma sittplatser och en storbilds-TV. Köket är fullt utrustat för att laga mat hemma. En fullstor tvättmaskin och torktumlare i lägenheten gör längre vistelser smidiga.

    Den stora uppvärmda poolen är tillgänglig för alla gäster i byggnaden. Täckt parkering för ett fordon ingår. Nyckelfri inpassering innebär att ingen nyckelöverlämning behövs vid ankomst.

    Bridgeport Condo 209 kräver en vistelse på minst en vecka. Husdjur är inte tillåtna.

The condo was in great condition. Everything we needed. Good view from the balcony. Restaurants and shops within walking distance and the beach is directly across the street. Would definitely stay again.

This is an excellent location. So close to the beach, a few blocks from the pier, and right on the trolley route. We loved our time here. The condo has the most fabulous beds, great furniture, and a fun pool. It would be nice to have 4 beach chairs but we made due with the 2 and took turns. We loved the condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this rental the minute we walked in! It was very clean and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We also loved the beautiful view of palm trees and the beach from our balcony! The rental had everything we needed and a wagon, chairs, and a beach umbrella were a plus! I would highly recommend this rental property to anyone vacationing at Anna Maria Island 🏖️❤️

We loved everything about this place except the elevator was broken and our suitcases were heavy going up two floors. It was hard to see the numbers on the parking spaces as well as the front door. Everything was clean and looking forward to returning.

Perfect beach vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in this condo! It was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and cooking. The furniture was all very comfortable, and everything was very clean and tidy. The location is great with easy access to the beach (literally across the street!) and a short walk to bridge street for dining and shopping. It was nice to walk to Island Time and the Anna Maria Oyster Bar for dinners.As some reviewers have pointed out, it’s close to the bridge and there is some traffic noise. We packed a sound machine for the bedroom and didn’t have any trouble sleeping. The noise was sometimes annoying when trying to relax & watch tv, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Communication with Island Vacation Properties was easy and they were only a text away if we needed anything. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.

Pros: Location location location. Excellent Well supplied with everything that you need some things that you don’t. Property management company was outstanding. We had a few hiccups in the beginning and they were taken care of within 24 hours. No problem Con: Noisy noisy noisy. Sirens, motorcycle s,hot rods. It was irritating. The entire condo complex is old and it shows.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fairly represented. The decor is tired, i.e., 70's. Linens/towels are poor quality. Lots of left over items from owners or previous renters, e.g., baking goods, laundry room supplies, etc. Needs a good cleaning of drawers, cabinets, etc., not just the big areas. Remove all kitchen utensils and dishware and purchase new basic items. It is hodgepodge old stuff. While it cannot change, it faces the busiest intersection in SW Florida - extremely loud noise from trucks, motorcycles, car radios, etc. - DAY AND NIGHT. Horrible, but it will not change. Takes 30-60 minutes to cross the Cortez bridge due to traffic flow and draw bridge. Good location to walk to restaurants, etc.

Excellent location for beach, restaurants and shops

My problem is with the booking agent. I called because there was a leak under the kitchen sink and it took two phone calls and two days for someone to come and repair the problem. The water pressure in the kitchen was extremely low and no one came to repair it. I rented the condominium for four weeks and the beginning of week two they were installing a roof on the complex which caused banging all day. I would have liked have been made aware of this before I made my final payment incase I wanted to alter my plans. Also, the small bedroom did not have sufficient light and could have used a ceiling fan as it became very stuffy. The master bedroom, however was beautiful.
