Perfect little spot

This place is wonderful. It was the perfect location for us. The beach is a block away and very easy to walk to. All the beach gear we needed was also provided by the host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. Would recommend to family and friends and hope to stay again in the future.

All around great location

Wonderful property! Suited our girls trip perfectly! Love the courtyard and availability of grills and all beach gear! Love that the beach is short walk as are free trolley stops! Nearby restaurants and entertainment were great! We will be back!!

A Winter Break

I stayed at Island Getaway for 8 days in Unit 9. I enjoyed cooking in the easy to use kitchen. And a Publix grocery is nearby using the shuttle. You can sit outside at tables in the landscaped courtyard which I did many times. Of course, there are many restaurants nearby easily reached by walking, the free shuttle or, of course, your car. Leave your car & enjoy exploring the area by using the shuttle. The beach is glorious & a very short walk from the resort. The weather in January was gorgeous, so I really lucked out. Kathleen

Quarters were spotless and fully equipped. Property is walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, and steps to the beach. Lushly landscaped private courtyard away from the street. Effortless communication with property manager.

A great place to stay!

50-60 steps to the beach, who could ask for more! One of the nice things about this property is that we were provided beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart to carry everything in and a choice of beach toys like float tubes and such. I have been to other places in this area and things are rusted out or don’t exist so this is a nice vacation extra! Chris the manager is wonderful and was very accommodating when we needed a couple items for the unit. I called to ask alot of questions and she was very patient and answered all of my questions. The patio is very nice and spread out so people aren’t squished together. There are 9 units and all are different sizes. We will be back!

Nice cottage, incredibly close to beaches

This little cottage is SO CLOSE to Cortez and Coquina Beaches! Within walking distance to Bridge Street restaurants and shops, and within a block of a free trolley stop. Facility is nice, was extremely clean, and smelled GREAT! Two good-sized bedrooms. Everything we needed. I did not have to contact host so can’t speak to that. Beach gear is a nice touch. We’d stay again!

Perfect Cottage by the Beach!

Fantastic location in Anna Maria/Bradenton Beach. Perfect little cottage for a family of 4, equipped with everything you’d need for a nice beach vacation. Beds were comfortable and AC was COLD! Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach! We appreciated the chairs, umbrella and beach cart that were available for our use… Will definitely book again! Chris (host) was very nice and was attentive to our needs.

July 4th family gathering

My family was staying in Ana Maria Island and we could only stay for a few days therefore we needed to find a place that would accommodate just three nights. I was very pleasantly surprised with the location and the cleanliness, proximity to the beach and fishing on the Bayside. And a reasonable commute to meet with family on such a busy weekend. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay on the Gulf coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at this lovely little cottage in Bradenton Beach. The location cannot be beat. It is a 2-minute walk to beautiful Cortez Beach, a 1-minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway and maybe 7 minutes to walk to the middle of town. The unit was immaculately cleaned before our arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and we all slept soundly. The host also provides everything that you need for the beach to include chairs, umbrellas and toys. You can't go wrong here. Book it.

Anniversary trip

We throughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria. This location was perfect for us. Very peaceful and great location for walking to the beach and the dock. Nightly walks to the downtown section to enjoy food, drink, and music. The weather was great for the entire stay. Also enjoyed the farmers market on Wednesday.

This property was in a great location. Short walk to gulf and short walk opposite direction to bay. Within walking distance for restaurants. Also available is trolley short walk from house and pick up by golf cart transportation. House was very clean. Had beach chairs and umbrella as well as other desired items. Nice central outdoor area for this grouping of houses.

Highly recommend!

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a short walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants and local shops. A unique feature to this property is the courtyard which is maintained beautifully by the host, Mark.

Excellent Excellent Excellent!!!!!

Perfect location on a very quiet street. Walk less than 1 minute to the most beautiful beach with white fine sand. Bradenton Brach is the far south end of Anna Maria Island. It is the most natural part of the island. with beautiful parks and beaches. Marks villas are great with the most beautiful garden area that he maintains himself. The villa had everything we needed and more from the BBQ’s in the garden area, all the beach toys and a well stocked kitchen. We have already booked for next year. Thank you Mark and your wonderful helper with her precious little boys.

Home Away

We especially enjoyed the location. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything one might need. The beds were comfortable and every room has a tv. However we were only able to use the one in the living area. We never could figure out how to turn them on. So many remotes. Mark Anthony was very receptive and accommodating to our requests . A great place to stay in AMI.
