“LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon!”

“Overall, great experience! The beds were all super comfortable! The condo itself was the perfect size.The location was good and walkable to plenty of places or could catch the trolley to get around. Suggestion to the property owner- location of the pool and w/d was not clear. Luckily, had some nice neighbors who told me location. If you’re not familiar with the area, it’s a little confusing to find out trolley info. ”

“This beach house was everything we hoped for and more! The space was clean and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious. The location couldn’t have been better—a very short walk to the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire stay seamless from start to finish. We made so many great memories here and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!”

“We had a fabulous weekend at this property! Communication with the host was excellent - quick, clear, and helpful. The home is in a perfect location: just across the street from the beach and about a 10-minute walk to the Bridge Street shops. The kitchen was well-stocked, with plenty of dishes, wine glasses, and coffee cups for four couples, and the refrigerator was impressively large. We loved watching both sunrises and sunsets from the rooftop balcony, and the pool was the ideal spot to spend...

“This was our 2nd year staying here and it was even better than the first year. The house is one level and perfect for our children. We love the pool area and the location is perfect. The only thing that we would change would be to add a tv to the pool area, other than that, this house is perfect! There was a small issue when we arrived and Morgan answered right away and was quick to fix it! We would definitely recommend this house!”

“The house is great, perfect for our group of friends. The location is very convenient to restaurants, bars, shops, the beach, all walkable, but not on the main road, so no traffic outside the door! Great roof top, with all-around views and a nice breeze! Yes, there is a marina behind it, but we hardly ever heard a noise from the marina and when we did, it was very short-lived. We would definitely go back!”
