Only 15 min to the beautiful beach's of Anna Maria Island, this home is situated in a quaint riverside neighborhood just minutes from the popular riverwalk area. Located close to IMG Academy and the Pittsburgh Pirates spring training fields. 3 min to DT Bradenton, 20 mins to DT Sarasota, 30 min to DT St. Pete.

This charming 1925 house has been restored and updated to give you a modern yet cozy feel. As a bonus the detached garage includes a game room with darts, a bathroom, and mini kitchen.

Perfect location for us while visiting LECOM Park for some Pirates spring training baseball. Also a quick easy drive to the beaches on our off day from baseball. Overall, home was extremely clean, decorated well, and felt so comfortable there the entire time. Nicole was a great host even we didn’t really need her for anything as check in and check out were very easy. Every year we come to Bradenton and will be staying here!

Wonderful House

The place to stay was wonderful. House was exactly as listed. The only thing I marked off on was the host communication wasn’t great leading to the stay. I had to reach out to get check in communication even tho VRBO listed that information would be sent 24hrs before. The other issue was after we left, mind you it was 5 am when we checked out. She reached out the next day to say we left the place a mess. We did everything that was listed in her check out binder and took trash out which wasn’t listed but she was still upset. Then when I informed her the small issues I had when we checked in she ignored it. Then my daughter forgot her stuffy. It took over 24 hours to be let know it was found and then when I offered to pay to have it shipped back it was almost a week before she reached out with a price. She explained she had a newborn and that her and her husband manage the house. She said they hadn’t had time but if she had just told me from the get go it would take a while I wouldn’t have wasted her time. I would have informed her that it was okay no big deal and to donate it. She just seemed to have to much going on for proper communication.

Great house

My family and I travel to this area a lot for travel baseball games. This house exceeded expectations. Absolutely adorable and the owner was accommodating, nice and responsive. Highly recommend!

Family Visit

The stay was indeed outstanding. Better than what was expected. We have stayed in a few places having family out of state. It was a really nice, clean and organized. The Kids or teenagers as well as the Adults enjoyed the games. We used the grill also. Very hospitable. No problem with anyone around us. Infact the night before our departure my brother said, "text her and let her know we want another week." I Told him that was not how it worked. Everyone enjoyed everything. We will be booking again I am sure when we make our next visit. Thanks for the hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. 4 stars are usually 5 stars from me. But this was really 5 stars. Glad we made the connection from surfing the web. May God Bless You and may your business continue to flourish beyond your expectations. My daughter got attached to Gracie, fed and talked to her. Lastly, pricing was not bad either. Thanks again!
