Harbour Isles Treehouse Escape - This lovely split floor plan, three bedroom, three bath townhome is nestled in between the Florida Slash Pines and Mangroves giving you beautiful privacy and makes you feel like you are living in a well designed and decorated tree house.

From the entryway to the upstairs via stairs or your own private elevator you will feel the warmth of the dark wood flooring.
At the top you will find the spacious living area with vaulted, cross beam ceiling that match the flooring. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa, two easy chairs and large flat screen TV. Just off the living room is a reading room that is surrounded by those same slash pines adding a calming serenity to your reading atmosphere. There is also a small library just up a few stairs that also has seating for quite reading time.

The kitchen is top of the line with beautful cabinets and granite countertops, copmplete with an island that seats two. The kitchen has a lovely eat-in area with a circular table that can seat five to seven comfortably. The separate, formal dining room has a large rectangular table that seats six but could possibly seat one or two more.

The bedrooms are very spacious with two Master ensuites. The main master bedroom ensuite has a king size bed and views of the trees and greenery with a bath that has a garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd ensuite has a queen size bed and the bath has tub and shower combination. The third bedroom has two twins. There is also a den that has a pull out sofa for any extra overnight guests.

Once you decide to adventure out you might want to walk among nature along the many trails in the community or hop in the car or on a bike to the main clubhouse where you can enjoy the array of amenities it offers. The state of the art gym, tapas room and sky bar complete with billiards and TV's are sure to keep you busy. The main clubhouse also has a large pool, hot tub and private beach area overlooking the Anna Maria Sound but the community also offers several other pool areas if that one is too busy.

Want to head outside the gated community? There is plenty to see and do. Restuarants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores, boating, etc. are all just a few miles away on Anna Maria Island as well as downtown Bradenton or Sarasota. The entertainment possibilities are endless! Come stay for a month, two or more and you will want to stay forever in this tranquil paradise!

This lovely home welcomes their tenants and guest to use the bikes and beach equipment in the garage, as well as, the golf clubs in the entryway closet. Please be kind and use them with care so that they are able to be used by others.
