The second bathroom is equipped with a vanity sink and bathtub. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Finally, the rental offers a full kitchen and a laundry room. You have access to a beautiful pool and playground in the community. The home is located in a brand new and quite community near many attractions. Your stay here will be nothing short of enjoyable.

Before I can confirm your reservation, my community’s Homeowners Association (HOA) requires an application process to be completed no less than 15 days prior to your arrival for approval. This is a policy in place to help maintain the safety and quality of our neighborhood.

To process your application, the following items are needed:

Copy of Driver’s License for all applicants

Copy of the Lease Agreement

Completed Lease Application form with acknowledgment agreeing to the community’s Rules & Regulations

After pre-approving your reservation I will send you the leasing form. Make sure to send me an email to forward the document. Then resubmit as soon as possible to begin the process.
