Grand ravissement, petits problèmes

Nous connaissions déjà ce resort pous y etre venus auparavant, pas dans cette unité. Nous pensions faire un check-in facile, non. Nous avons du nous rendre à une autre adresse (pas proche, pas bien indiquée). Prend un auto absolument pour résider là.De plus, il y a un petit kit de départ (4 pods lavage-vaisselle, petit savon vaisselle (pas assez pour 1 semaine....) , et rien comme épices, pas de sel poivre, pas filtre à café bien que la cuisine soit superbement équipée. Frustrant de devoir s'acheter tous ces items quand on paie ce prix, pour ensuite les jeter.... Soyez avisésLa piscine en juillet est trop trop chaude, me semble que rajouter de l,eau froide ici et là pourrait aider.On avait trois chaise de plage, 2 parasols,2 petites glacière pour la plage....Les parking au dessous de l'immeuble sont très serrés, pas de garde-robe dans la master bed room, juste un petit support qui est okLa vue est toujours aussi spectaculaire et l'intérieur du condo très chic et agréable à vivre. C'est grand et spacieux assez pour 6 personnes si désiré. C'est un paradis si on ne met pas l'emphase sur les hics...

Wonderful

Beautiful condo, especially loved the lanai and being able to see the sunset every night. We arrived in the evening and while we were emailed a door code, it wasn't clear if it would also work on the lockbox at the sales office (to get a gate fob), which it didn't. We ended up calling after hours support and they were very helpful and had the codes we needed. The pool was on the smaller side but clean. The beach is across the bridge a little ways, so a short drive. The kitchen was well stocked and I loved that we had a starter kit of dishwasher detergent and 2 laundry tabs as it would have been frustrating to have to buy an entire package. It was strange to not have any hooks or a closet to hang coats in the entry but it was not a big deal. The only suggestion I have is to steam clean the cushions in the lanai as there were a few unsightly stains. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Xmas Week

Very nice 4th floor unit. Good view towards the gulf. Unit is as shown online and very clean and safe location. Pool was working and close to the unit. Only downside is that beach is a car ride or about 2 miles over bridge.

Family Get Away

Property was nice, however there were no closets in one of the master bedrooms to hang clothes and no hangers in any of the rooms. Since the closet was designed an “Owner’s Closet”. There were not enough bath and face towels - one set per person for a week was insufficient and required us to do laundry regularly throughout our stay. The inclusion of a cooler and beach chairs/umbrellas was a nice addition, which was appreciated. The condo could have used a thorough cleaning. Surface clean but serious need of dusting and floors in the spare room was dirty with sand. The location was very convenient and close to beaches and stores and eateries. I have stayed several times at One Particular Harbor in other condos and found this one a bit lacking.

Quiet and relaxing :)

Overall we had a great stay. Location, property and view were all amazing! Ami vacations was very helpful. Initially had some trouble getting the key fob for the entry gate but someone from the office came to drop it off at he next morning. Also internet wasn’t working initially and someone came to fix it within the hour! Impressive. AMI rentals also checked on our stay a few times. Would definitely rent from them again. The condo itself was new and overall very nice. Not as luxurious as far as decor goes (compared to some of the other condos at similar price points, I know because my brother rented another). I will say we got this place before it had been reviewed and overall it was as good as expected. I think we got a slightly better deal because we booked so last minute so because of that I think it was absolutely worth it. We would stay here again. If the same price as other condos with the same view, I would consider another. Patio with large sectional furniture was awesome for sunsets. Overall very quiet and peaceful. Some minor suggestions for improvement: black out or darker curtains in the guest bedrooms. A few extra pillows for each bed. Salt and pepper. Anna Maria island is spectacular and probably my favorite area to stay on the gulf coast. Lots of great restaurants. An especially great place to go with kids/family. We will be back!

Great location

The location was great, just over bridge from AMI. We loved the pool and splash pad area, great, friendly, and family orientated atmosphere. We had a few hiccups with cleanliness of rental, dirty towels left behind and stained bedding but management took care of it. The check-in and check-put process is a little clunky and inconvenient as you have to drive on to island in order to do so, so if there is traffic you need to plan accordingly. The communication between cleaning company and rental company isn’t great but eventually they figured it out but should work on not including renter as much and communicate between themselves more. Overall it was great experience.
