Njut av de vackra Florida stränderna i Sarasota och Bradenton till ett rimligt pris. Den här fastigheten är ny från 1/1/2018.

Lido Beach och Anna Marie Island ligger båda mindre än 10 miles. Sarasota flygplats ligger 3 km bort.

I had a great stay here. It was everything the hosts said is was. I didn't have any issues. Location is convenient to beaches, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Easy to get around places. Lovely to be in this area over the holidays. Always something to do in this community. People are friendly. Enjoyed the heated pool. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Bradenton stay

Lovely vacation in Bradenton. The location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the airport; close to shopping and restaurants. The Anna Maria Oyster Bar was a favorite! The mobile home was clean, beds were comfortable and we had no problem with WiFi or check in. The host even surprised us with some fruit and water. Definitely will return.

Wonderful time

Simple, clean property that is value priced. Everything you need is at your fingertips and location is quiet and safe. Spent tons of time in the screened-in lanai. Anna Maria Island beaches are a 10-15 minute drive away. We stayed six weeks and wished we could stay longer.

Home sweet home

I stayed here for a month when relocating for work. John the owner was easy to work with and Rick who was my local contact was friendly and helpful! The place was spotless and had everything I needed! The area was peaceful and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend!

This mobile park is entirely for seniors 65 + .it has no amusements or planned activities .

It's a great place to rest and relax plus it's in a sade and clean environment area. Shopping is convenient and ample .

Quiet and perfect

This was my second 3 month stay in this unit while working in the area. I love this place! It’s quiet, the AC is super cold, the bed is comfy, there is a washer/dryer in the unit. It is convenient to everything. My last week in town was during a hurricane, and I sheltered at work but the owner was very responsive to my messages keeping me in the loop about coming back to the unit. Always a pleasure staying & highly recommend!

A Wondeful Stay in Trailer Estates

When my wife and I arrived at our rental location , we were first struck by how clean the house was . On the counter were fresh fruits and a whole pineapple , all of which made the arrival more pleasant . We discovered that every appliance was in top operating order and everything we would need to cook was available : pots , pans , fryers , coffee pot , microwave . The dishes ,flatware . glasses and bowls were plentiful as well as the kitchen utensils . The site itself is well-maintained with trash pickup and an area to access dumpsters , if need be. The pool is large , beautiful and very clean ; inasmuch as this is a 55+ community , children are typically grandchildren and relatives but not at all bothersome - always monitored by accompanying adults. Trailer Estates is near a number of beautiful beaches and not far from some signature seafood restaurants that feature fresh caught fish , along with oysters , crab etc. Finally, John Phipps , the owner ,was always available for a call and would respond immediately , either personally or via a friend , Rick , who lives on site . Rick was very kind and responded courteously to whatever questions arose . A special shout-out to John for patiently working with us when our scheduled flight out of Sarasota was canceled - a problem that is plaguing all travelers . Charming , quaint and the homes unique - we encourage anyone to consider the Phipps properties ! PS : Seven miles (7) from Sarasota Airport - a staright shot on 41 North .

Notre location fut agréable et les lieux sont très bien tenus, seul désagréable je suggère que lorsqu’il y a des photos de piscine, le locataire n est pas a payer de frais supplémentaires . Nous sommes arrives un samedi et l endroit pour avoir une cle était fermé jusqu’au lundi. Nous n avons pas pu bénéficier de la piscine.. l’ endroit est calme et très bien tenu et la maison offre toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très bien situé pour les magnifique plage de la Floride. Je remercie John pour le service et avoir rapidement répondu à nos questions. Très belle maison en très bonne état. Merci pour tout
