From resort-style amenities to beautiful beaches, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway vacation or a long-term stay experience.

This NEW two bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 5 and offers a courtyard view and water views of Anna Maria Sound from every room. The sunset views are amazing! The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo is pet friendly and includes a king sized bed in the primary bedroom, a double and twin size bed in the guest bedroom, with a brand new sleeper sofa in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy a large screened in lanai to enjoy your morning coffee. This property has just been completely furnished and everything is brand new, July 2021.

There is a rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open on the property.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbor is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access.

Wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at One Particular Harbour and this unit specifically and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an up-scale unit with access to a pool and the beaches in Anna Maria Island. Our only concern was with a delay in the check-in process (the rental office was closed). All in all, we would stay there again.

Our New Favorite Place!

We stayed at this amazing condo when we came to Bradenton for a wedding. It is now our new favorite place to stay. The view from the condo is amazing and the resort is very nice. The location is also perfect. The condo was big enough for 4 adults and had everything you could possibly need and more! It was very clean, bright, and well decorated. The screened balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. There were even bikes available to use. The check in process is different from what we are use to. You have to go to the property management company to pick up the keys and key fobs to be able to get into the resort. But is was very close by and was not a big deal for us. The whole area is beautiful with a lot to do and many restaurants. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. Thank you!

Tropical and tranquil stay

It was amazingly peaceful and beautiful.

Our experience was so amazing! The condo was beautiful and so relaxing. We enjoyed the terrace very much. The ceiling fans kept the air circulating. Spent a lot of time reading there. We liked being able to see the pool from our condo. The pool was so well taken care of and we enjoyed it all so very much! We will visit again soon.

5-Star property and location

Overall, an excellent vacation rental unit. Very well appointed, comfortable, great views, amenities. Just a few observation and suggestions to improve guest experience: we were unsble to watch live TV - I think because there was no Spectrum remote (only a vizio tv remote and apple tv remote. We were also unable to regulate/ control the AC settings. Lots of remotes around the unite for windows shades, lights, ceiling fans, very confusing in general. There needs to be a book or of “how to” instructions in the unit - the “app” is bot specific enough. There was a unit in the building directly across from ours, also on the 4th floor, which was obviously vacant however all of the lights were on blaring the entire week - very distracting at night. The fridge water filter display noted the filter was 51 days overdue for a change. And in general, water coming out of the faucet smelled like sulfur. The AC filter upon arrival was filthy, husband changed it out for a clean filter that was there in the unit.

Beautiful condo with amazing views

My mom and I had a great stay at One Particular Harbor. The unit was clean, beautifully furnished, and everything worked the way it should. My only suggestions are to label the many remotes and light and fan switches--they got very confusing. The TVs also were difficult to figure out. The views from the condo are just amazing. You can see so much water, all the way over to Anna Maria Island. We loved sitting on the screened porch and reading or just looking at the view. I took one of the bikes out for a few rides. which was really fun. To my amazement I didn't even have to pump up the tires--it was ready to go!

Can't wait to go back

Our family of 3 stayed for 6 days and had the time of our lives. The location was PERFECT for our toddler (pool, splashpad and park) short easy drive to the island - and even a quick drive into Bradenton to visit The Bishop Museum. Perfect in everyway.

Great family location

Sparkling clean, well appointed condo. Comfortable for two couples and two small kids. Splash pad and pool were hits. Location out of hustle and bustle but so very close to everything! Really great place!
