Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on a natural waterway/cove with saltwater pool, bikes, kayaks & Firepit! You will see nature at play with water fowl, manatees with babies, turtles & flying fish.

This home is completely remodeled with the most modern and best features available! This home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Spa Baths & a Queen sleeper sofa in a open, spacious floor plan with cathedral ceilings.

On the Sarasota/Bradenton border, conveniences and airport are just blocks away and beaches & airport are a short drive away!

This gorgeous open floor plan, coastal home with soaring ceilings is sure to please! Our home has been completely remodeled with brand-new bathrooms and kitchen! The Gourmet Kitchen is perfect for any top chef with new, top-end stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with all the pots, pans, dishes, spices, condiments etc. Gorgeous Quartzite counters and full slap backsplash finish this high-end kitchen with huge entertaining island, high-end range hood, farm sink and faucet.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and large closets. There are 3 Smart TVs that you can stream your own service and watch Spectrum premium cable. There is high-speed internet and WiFi. Brand new vanities in spa-like baths, top-of-the line fixtures, custom tiling, soaking tub in master, both baths are gorgeous and opulent! Freshly painted throughout, LVP flooring, ceiling fans in each room, etc, no detail has been overlooked! This home shows like a brand-new model!

All on one floor, this home is perfect for older folks and toddlers! Enjoy the huge covered back porch with comfortable seating for the whole family. Stairs down will take you to the screened pool with another private and shaded deck to watch the children splash in the spacious, saltwater pool (optional heating $25/day).

Wonderful restaurants, shopping, gorgeous beaches, Anna Maria Island, St Armands Circle, Longboat Key, Lido Key Beach, downtown Sarasota and the airport are all within 10-20 minutes. IMG Academy is less than 5 miles away.

We have never personally been to a more magical place! The kayaking is amazing with nature views and the most tranquil canals that stretch for miles! The canal leads to the Gulf of Mexico and you will be thrilled at all the wildlife that call it home here. You will not be disappointed!! Relax and float on our 4 kayaks (one is a double), one Paddle board, also you can bring your own boat or rent one.

Wonderful fishing! Feel free to use one of our fishing rods. There are flying fish such as Mullet, Snook etc. and so many different kinds of birds, turtles and of course manatee families who live here!! Friendly blue herons are fed by neighbors and they are so tame that they will follow you around the yard wanting to make friends with you (don't be scared they would never hurt you).

Swim in the saltwater pool and in the evening, relax by the fire pit with a glass of wine. You won't ever want to leave!

In the garage, you will find tons of beach equipment, Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, toys, floats, coolers, etc. There are also 2 or 3 adult bikes, yard and beach games for children, an Arcade machine with 60 games to choose from, Foos Ball machine and a gorgeous bar. (The garage is NOT air conditioned though and we ask that you keep the inside door closed.)

For those with limited mobility, we have a shower seat, walker and a sturdy cane for your use. Our one level home is perfect for entertaining young and old! We also have a pack-n-play and a high chair for little ones.

Pets are welcome for a fee, depending on number, size of pet and length of stay. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing your fur babies in advance.

As Super Hosts, we have welcomed guests to our vacation homes for over 21 years and this home is one of our favorites! We cannot wait to share it with you!

This was the first time I had ever stayed away from home for a full three weeks, and what an ideal house to spend that extended timeframe. The house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to any questions, even sending several links of things to do around town, which was very helpful. We spent considerable amounts of time on the screened in back patio. The view was stunning and the feel was so peaceful. We ate our breakfast on the patio, had our coffee/tea, and even played cards and dominoes there at night. The host had the house fully decorated for the winter holiday, which was a very nice and thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend this house and host.

Just returned from a week’s vacation with my family.The house is very well maintained and nicely decorated The kitchen had everything we needed , and we ended up eating in for most of our meals.Enjoyed breakfast on the back porch with a view of the canal and the resident wildlife. The pool was perfect, and spent most of our time in the pool,while my son-in-law and grandson were fishing . We were provided with beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels . It was an easy drive to Lido beach, a bit longer drive to Siesta Key, but beach days at Lido were perfect. Game equipment also provided for evening family activities. This is a great vacation home !

A true hidden gem with amazing hosts!

We absolutely loved our two week stay in this beautiful home. Deceiving from the outside, but perfect and immaculate inside! Comfortable beds, amazing showers, and stocked with anything you could possibly need! Inside of house is exactly as pictured if not better. Bonnie was quick to respond to any message sent and truly made you feel welcome! We unfortunately didn’t see any manatees but there were tons of birds, turtles and fish to entertain us. Would absolutely stay here again!

I'm going to try to be fair with this review as there were many great features to this rental, BUT the neglect and lack of effort put into improving the exterior of this home is unacceptable. I have attached 8 photos of the exterior of this home.THE BAD:The grass was 8-10 inches high. There were numerous garbage cans overflowing at the end of the drive that by the end of our stay smelled all the way to the back yard. Paint was chipping off of the house everywhere. Stains on the outside carpet and furniture. The grill was very dirty and had no gas left. There were wasp nests above the front door and around the back of the home with wasps flying everywhere. The yard and landscaping were completely neglected, and the one side of the house had moldy storage sheds lined up against the house. The pool was dirty on the bottom and on the steps (sand/dirt/neglect). The paved dock/firepit area had literally thousands of fire ants crawling all over the pavers. In addition, there was an entire refrigerator full of old food from previous guests, and a cabinet with open food left behind from previous guests. The neighborhood is NOT good. Very low end.THE GOOD:The host was friendly and had the grass cut the next day. The interior was very nice, modern, and clean. The house was clearly flipped recently, and the host did a great job with the renovation. The view of the canal is beautiful and the kayaks are fun to use to explore all the way to the bay.

A perfect location for your family vacation!

Manatee Cove is a perfect location for your family vacation to the area!!Every amenity that you could imagine is here and in good condition. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, pool toys, pool/beach towels, comfy bedding/towels, plenty of dishes and glass/plastic ware, paper goods, shampoo/soap supplies and even coffee for that first cup before you go shopping for the visit. Kayaks are in good shape and we made it all the way to the Bay one day. We saw lots of birds and manatees near the dock nearly every day. We loved our visit here and would definitely return!!

Winter vacation

Great place for an extended stay--very comfortable, clean, large. Well stocked kitchen. Great renovations, cute decor. Beautiful waterfront view of an inlet off the gulf--every morning we watched tons of beautiful birds start their day from the huge screened in porch. We loved the pool--the air temperature had just become warm enough to swim, so being able to heat the water was wonderful. Hopefully can get the vacation time again to be able to go back!!

Fantastic Stay at Bradenton Home – Highly Recommended!

We (three adults from Germany, including our daughter) rented this vacation home from June 21st to June 27th, 2024, as part of a multi-week trip from Miami Beach, Deerfield Beach, Bradenton/Tampa, Daytona Beach, and ending with a week in Atlanta, GA. This vacation home is beautifully laid out, impeccably clean inside, and excellently maintained! The location by this "small river" with direct access to the sea (if you rent a boat) is also very beautiful. We had a great stay and were completely satisfied. To be honest: at first, the pool water was not properly maintained. After we informed the landlord, they promptly and exemplary took care of it, and by the third day, the pool was in perfect condition. It would be sensible for the landlord to arrange for a reliable, competent, and honest pool service to ensure the pool water meets hygiene standards. However, we had the impression from our communication with the landlord that they were embarrassed and were immediately arranging for a change of service provider. It was obvious that the landlord had been deceived by their service provider. As I said, from the third day everything was perfect. I want to be honest here, which is why I mention it – but due to the quick and clear response of the landlord, I see no downside – we were ultimately 100% satisfied, even thrilled. Beautiful and Peaceful

Very unassuming from the street but the inside, back porch/pool and canal are absolutely mesmerizing! We did get to see the manatees, it was so neat! The host did a great job of upkeep and have stocked the house with everything you could need for a great stay! I wish it was a little closer to the beaches but it is still close enough that it’s not a problem! Great for us as we don’t spend a lot of time at the actual beach… also great central location to all the different places along the Bay Area!

Great Family Vacation!!!

Our family had the most amazing 6 days here!! The house was perfect for all ages, the view was beautiful, and the location was convenient to great restaurants, shopping, and around 20mins to the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We especially enjoyed seeing the manatees, bird watching, and our afternoons spent in the pool. The beds, showers & kitchen were some other great highlights of this great property. Our host were easy to communicate with and we cant wait to return!!
