“The hotel staff provided exceptional service. Two gentlemen from the lobby kindly assisted us when our vehicle failed to start, offering a jump-start. Their generosity ensured we were able to attend our scheduled concert that evening. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. We booked this hotel last minute since we were going to be in this area. Upon arrival, it was an easy check in. Room was easy to find and was very clean. Air conditioner worked well and bed was comfy. It's an older hotel, but it's well maintained. Breakfast was also great. We will definitely stay again.”

The bathroom air vent is full of dust, the mirror fogs up after the slightest shower — virtually no ventilation, really unhygienic and definitely NOT recently renovated!
I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a “recently renovated room” — yes, that’s exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1–2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when it’s time to switch, that I’ll have to “settle” for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard — we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
