We were comfortable and very happy with our stay. It was beautiful and wildlife was abundant. The hosts were attentive, but not intrusive. We will definitely be back.”

“Overall a great place. Beautiful location, tucked away from everything but still jist a few minutes from Killington base. Very clean and well-kept, everything we needed was there.Host communicated regularly and responded quickly.If you stay in winter, 4WD might be needed to get in and out without issue. “We had a relaxing time at this beautiful location. The dock is great to tie up our boat and it is so nice to be able to walk into the water. The cottage has many amenities that make it very comfortable and a high ceiling that gives an open feeling. Dan promptly answered all our questions which made us feel welcome. We would consider renting this property again”

“Our stay at Tacklebox was lovely. The cabin is spotlessly clean and very cozy with thoughtful amenities you would expect at a luxury resort: a beautiful sauna, Japanese soaking tub, nice bath products, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, a firepit, 2 kayaks, a canoe, etc. Access to Lake Champlain from a private dock was easy and the view across the lake from the cabin's deck was spectacular, especially at sunset. All in all, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay at the Tacklebox.”
