“Clean room, host is easy to communicate with, spacious rooms, AC is working properly, beddings are clean. The only thing that I think would make a guest stay more comfortably is if a sink would be at the dining/kitchen near the fridge and cooking area rather than going thru the bedroom all the way to the bathroom to wash dishes and utensils.
