“Elizabeth has done a great job creating such a lovely spot on the river and a few doors down from the Gelston and Goidspeed Opera house. The accommodations were comfortable and very convenient as we were visiting our daughter who works for Goodspeed. We had some confusion with our checking in process however Elizabeth was quick to rectify, very generous and gracious making all things right. Our stay was a blessing.”

“The host had so many special touches to make this place a wonderful spot to stay. She had little snacks in the kitchen, with coffee and tea in the cupboard. There was half-and-half and the refrigerator, which we really appreciated. The towels in the bathroom were folded like you were in a special hotel. There was also lovely soap, shampoo and conditioner. Due to the cold temperature in the teens, she actually purchased some space heaters to make sure we were warm. Although there was a second...

“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”

“In town for a concert. We had such a great time! Super clean, beautifuly kept properly. Kosha greeted us upon arrival to show the apartment. Huge comfy king beds, Awesome back yard hang spot. Martin came out and set up a speaker for us and citronella for bugs, so chill and the hospitality was amazing. we hope to stay here again! We would recommend 10 outta 10!”

“Only stayed one night as we were passing through town. But loved this townhouse. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Lovely little touches like noise machines in the bedrooms and canisters of Qtips in the bath. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we didn’t use it. But all was great!”

“I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. ”

“A very convenient location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It is also a safe area as well. The property itself has all of the necessities for a long term stay such as a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen. It is also not far from the downtown Bridgeport area with many places worth visiting.”
