Amazing newly remodeled unit! Right on Table Rock lake with features including high-end finishes that you typically only find in luxury lake homes. 2 bedroom (one king bed, one queen bed) and sleeper sofa. Closest condo complex to Silver Dollar City, perfect for couples or your family! Cable/Wi-fi/Fully-equipped kitchen/Washer/Dryer and oversized deck including plenty of seating and a porch swing!

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is on the bottom floor of the building. This requires going down one flight of stairs.

We had a great time in Branson. This unit and the other we rented was very nice. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to it if wanted too. Both units are well kept and spacious. Had everything we needed. The grounds are well kept also. Would def stay there again.

Vacation with family

This was the first of many vacations with my wife, brother and his wife. The condo was fantastic and would definitely recommend it. The just was very accommodating and responsive. I have nothing but good to say about our total vacation!

Before school starts getaway

This was our second year going to Branson for a final getaway before school starts, although we stayed somewhere else last year in the same complex. We were thankful to have a place to stay that was affordable. We were not too pleased at the fees we were required to pay with no refund that allowed you to not book unless you chose between two very different costs. Our family (even though kids 4-10) are very respectful of property. I did not care for hidden fee. Otherwise the condo was very nice and had the amenities we were looking for.

4th of July Stay

4 out of 5 rating, we had 3 small issues 1. Television is living room had no sound 2. Limited amount of trash bags and TP for 5 day stay 3. Dishwasher was very dirty on the seals Positive Air conditioning kept up with 97 degree days Hot water lasted for 4 people Nice location Nice pool Perfect for 4 adults and 1 child

As advertised

I brought my wife, my grown son, 5 year old grandson and his mother. Everything was exactly as promised. Everything worked and we had all we needed. We even made our Thanksgiving meal there. I would recommend this to couples or families. One caveat is there are three levels. Upper and lower involve stairs. If traveling with anyone that might struggle with thar, simply book early and choose the middle level, no stairs!

Lovely but Little Noisy

We loved the location of this property and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for our stay. If you have more than two people staying in the unit I would recommend bringing additional toilet paper as it only included the rolls on the holder and one additional roll and we ended up needing to purchase additional. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed hiking down to the lake. The patio area was lovely in the evenings. All this said, the unit is on the bottom floor and the people above us were extremely noisy. They had children who were up at 5 AM and stayed unutil around 11PM running and stomping and we could hear every last bit of their feet movement as well as when they would raise their voice. We didn't get much sleep during our stay due to this. If outside noise doesn't bother you this unit will be perfect, but if you are a light sleeper you might need to look elsewhere. It was a shame because other than the noise above this property was perfect for our visit to Branson.

SDC Area condo

Nice, dated complex....needs exterior updates. Comfortable furniture, lots of kichenware. Only a 10 minute drive to the Hwy76 Strip....drive carefully, lots of twists and curves. Still better than a hotel anywhere near the heart of Branson. It will be our 1st call when booking our next trip to Branson!

Best spot in the area

This was the best places condo in the whole place, loved the wooded view and easy lake access right out back down the paths. We went down one way on the first night and another way the last night of our visit. Great view of the lake on the path to the left, my guy even proposed down there at sunset! So quiet, peaceful, beautiful and we so enjoyed it!

Would recommend to friends lol

We had a very very nice stay. If we are in the area again, we would gladly choose the same accommodations. The only negative review we would give is it not being very accessible for elderly or handicapped. My mother is 88, and the stairs to get her to our rental were a little rickety. We should have checked to see if you have different accommodations, inside and out, for those with limited mobility or handicaps
