“Great place to stay, quiet and great staff. ”

“There were so many things to do at The Suites at Falls Creek. Not far from major attractions but far enough to relax. The only thing I can say bad is that there was a low key pitch for us to attend a presentation for Hilton Vacation Club. However, we were not interested and were not going to change our minds after we got to our suite. It was clean had everything we needed. It was tired, it needed a lot of work, carpet was overstretched with wrinkles, tub was in poor shape trim need replaced...

“The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip.”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

“Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here.
