“The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car.

“Clean room”

“Some problems of coordination between Expedia and an austere receptionist. A somewhat hectic check-in as a consequence. I don't regret the stay at all and would definitely stay there again on another occasion.”

“AC was good and staff were nice. Beds had clean sheets. Very outdated. The toilet had rust stains. Dead bugs around the room and window. Really felt like a motel. Definitely did not seem like a 3 star hotel.”
