“The cottage was clean and comfortable. It has a great shower and comfortble bed. Our son loved the smart tv and fold down bed. There are many thoughtful touches through out the cottage. It was a quick and easy drive to Kirksville. We highly recommend this property and will stay again when in the area.”

“So I booked a hotel for our trip to Kirksville for a Special Olympics tournament. We have my grandma who is handicapped but we didn’t realize that the hotel did not have an elevator and handicap accessible. They never told us. So we ended up canceling our reservation via Expedia/Afterpay but Expedia still hasn’t canceled our booking since Thursday. Since then we had to book 3 different hotels and it was very hard on us.”

“The property had bugs in the rooms, holes in the sheets, no a/c anywhere but in rooms, scarce breakfast options and no working amenities like the pool, bar or anything in the lobby area. Appliances in rooms are old, the hotel smells like mold/wet air. The front desk was very kind and patient with upset customers and working to do everything they could to accommodate guests. I felt bad for them having to deal with that kind of situation over and over again with upset guests.”
