“Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. “The hosts David and Lori were great to work with in every way. The pool was perfect with an ocean view. Lots of very friendly guests and residents who helped in many ways to make our vacation special. The condo was clean and comfortable with a new king bed and very nice linens. We would love to come back.”
