“When arriving, they supplied us with keys that didn't work for the room, the next keys they supplied us got us into the room however there was already a man in the room staying...... this was very upsetting as we got there around 9 p,m with 3 small children and then had to go to another room. The desk attendant didn't seem to know what was happening... I wouldn't stay here again.”
“I was given a room on the second floor, no idea that the elevator was out when I reserved. Wouldn’t have been so bad, but I have mobility issues. Didn’t have a choice but to take the room. The tub fills with water as you shower, it doesn’t drain.”
“Floors were dirty, toilet in bathroom loose, air conditioner would not work on auto ran all night and noisy, food very guarded at breakfast, complimentary coffee abd condiments limited in room and missing ice machines and soft drink dispenser machines on floor. Curious why only card enter is allowed other hotels in Giddings do not require. Also no food allowed in rooms.
