Park Meadows Lodge är den mest prisvärda men ändå bekvämt boende alternativ i Breckenridge. Ski-In på Four O'Clock Ski Run och gå 1 block till Breckenridge "Free Ride" Shuttle Stopp för en kort tur till basen av Peaks 7 och 8. En lätt tre block promenad till Historic Main Street betyder att du är minuter från centrum av allt Breckenridge har att erbjuda.

Detta nyligen ombyggda, 300 kvadratfot, första våningen ett sovrum hörn har många uppgraderingar inklusive ny färg och kakel i vardagsrummet, kök, sovrum och badrum. Den inbjudande vardagsrummet är möblerat med ny inredning, nya kakel golv, en platt-TV med kabel / DVD, och en ny bäddsoffa. Du hittar nym��lade sovrum med ny matta har gott om hylla och garderobsutrymme för förvaring tillsammans med en Queen size tryckavlastande madrass, där du kan njuta av en god natts sömn.

I chalet stil lobbyn på Park Meadows komplexet hittar du en enorm, öppen 360 graders, gas spis med gott om sittplatser gör det till ett bra ställe för umgänge, tyst läsning tid eller avslappnande. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet place close to downtown, especially for a single stayer, then this is the place for you. Updated, well kept, great communication with the management company, and one of the more affordable places to stay in Breckenridge

Amazing location, comfortable stay

This is our second time staying at Park Meadows Lodge. First time in this corner unit. It was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. Our teens love the lobby with the pool table and basement game room. We used the laundry facilities- thank you for providing soap! The check-in process is keyless, so easy, and we enjoyed the recommendations on things to do while we waited for check-in time (Golden, CO!) The location is amazing. Just a couple of blocks to the historic area where there are lots of shops and restaurants. We only used our car to pick up groceries and ski rentals. We also love the benefit of skiing the 4 o'clock run home to the end of the cul de sac and walking to the lodge. Another plus is using the shuttle in the morning for a ride to the ski lifts (just be sure to tip the driver.) The space was tight for our family of 4, once you pull out the sofa bed. It was easier to hang out in the lobby where there is extra space with tables and a large fire pit surrounded by sofas. The bed was a little firm for our taste (maybe a memory foam topper would help.) Despite the small quarters, I would stay here again. You can't beat the location and the amenities.

Perfect for solo or couple

The place was in the perfect location. Walked to the Breckenridge gondola and downtown in five minutes. Great price. Love the availability of the realty company free shuttle. Nicely accommodated for someone who doesn’t need luxury but still wants some comfort.

My son and I had a great time here. The location is perfect, and you can't beat the price. We used the complimentary transportation to get to the slopes, and we skied the 4 o'clock back to the condo (You have to go through a bit of the woods behind the property. Others made a path.) We walked into town for dinner and shopping each night. The condo itself was perfect for us and looked to be very clean. I was also impressed with the notifications. I received a text letting us know the code to get into the room, one welcoming us and giving us a phone number if there was anything wrong, and another informing us of the complimentary transportation service (Kent is great BTW.). The only downside was there was an odor in the place--not horrible, but distinct. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Mostly Pro's, minimal Con's - we enjoyed our stay

I have Pro's and Con's to report, but mostly Pro's. All communication with staff, in person or on the phone, was terrific. Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They even helped me with Shuttle service research getting to and from the Airport. The location is wonderful, especially considering the nice price! We were easily able to function for an entire week without a car. Everything is in walking distance, assuming you are not adverse to a little exercise :-) Techincally it is considered Ski in / Ski out, however, both require a little effort. Ski In to a street and walk a short distance to the lodge, Ski Out involves either walking to Gondola or catching a bus. We were fine with this though, no problems at all. The room was exactly as we expected, size included, and very clean. The Main Lodge was very nice, and we spent some time around the fire and playing ping pong. For clothes washing, both Washer and Dryer were nice and large, and relatively inexpensive. The only Con involves the linen service. Per their policy, it states we should have had "every other day" change of towels and toiletries with our 7 night stay. We arrived Saturday, and had to call on Tuesday (4 days into the stay) to request new towels. This was the only time we ever got new towels. Same with toiletries. We never received any services except for when we called to let them know we were out of toilet paper. They were very quick to respond with both issues, but I am not certain anything would have ever been done without us calling. After these two call-in requests, we still never recevied any more linen or towel services beyond these call-ins. So, for a 7 night stay, one would assume multiple services, we only had the ones we called in. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning. We will most definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone interested. It was a very nice and comforatable room and we look forward to enjoying it again!!

Only positive was the location

Unfortunately our stay here was mediocre. Upon walking in, there was dog hair everywhere (couch, rug, literally a fur ball in the corner) thankfully my husband and I don't have bad allergies - but it was clearly not even vacuumed. The jacuzzi was out of service for us (we understand things happen - but this was not addressed to us prior to arriving/ booking and quite frankly people book properties based off of certain amenities) the price per night should have been reduced. Lastly, we get into the bed at night and the sheets are disgusting. Human hair and dog hair. Not even changed let alone washed. I reached out on Vrbo to the property manager and they refunded the cleaning fee and service totaling $56 - as we much appreciated any type of reparation I did not think this place was worth the money, we were not comfortable in it. As the title says, only positive was the LOCATION!

Awesome Condo

Great condo within walking distance of main street Breck! It is a little smaller than pictured and can be right for 4 adults, but it gets you want you need. Check-in and out was easy. Just a heads up the hot tub and other amenities close at 10, and it is enforced.

Fun Family Time

This was a great property in Breckenridge. It was easy to find and close to walk to the downtown area. Additionally, it was nice that the lodge area had a pool table and a ping pong table. That was a hit with our kids. The only downside is that it is quite small and I am not sure how that would work during the winter ski season with all the layers needed. You can definitely work around that though and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Breck. Oh and the hot tub was really nice as well and the place was clean and fun. Definitely would recommend it for others!

Location. Location. Location.

For our first time in Breckenridge this spot was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. Being this close to main street makes walking to all the bars, restaurants, and shops so easy and accessible. A little smaller than expected but still great for two people, would absolutely recommend and plan on staying here again when we come back!

Close to town, lacks amenities

This location was great. We went for a friends wedding and struggled a little to make the condo functional. There is poor lighting and lack of plug ins pretty much every where around the place. Two of us had to get ready and it was a struggle. Also there is a shared iron and ironing board for the whole complex. Other then this it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location too.

Great location and clean

The check in process was very smooth, I received a text and email about the check in process a couple hours ahead and it went really smoothly. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and a short walk form restaurants and places we wanted to visit on foot. The only thing we weren't thrilled about is the walls are quite thin. You can hear people walking around and talking above you. Also, the heater was making a knocking sound throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
