Läge, plats, plats! Praktiskt taget ski-in / ski-out bekvämlighet - såväl som ett rymligt, vackert ombyggt stadshus med hantverk av hög kvalitet och gott om bekvämligheter. Du är bokstavligen en 50-gårds promenad från backarna och mötesområdet för skidskolan. Släpp barnen för en lektion, gör några körningar, åka in för en snabb lunch och var sedan tillbaka på Quicksilver-hissen på några minuter.

Du kommer att älska detta hem är en bred, ljus, luftig interiör, välvda tak och smakfull inredning. Vardagsrummet har en eldstad och massor av bekväma sittplatser för en film på den stora LCD-TV, spel med barnen, eller bara avkopplande konversationer. Walk right outside to the quicksilver lift and ski/ride school. Perfect location. Checkout was way too early (10am) which makes it really tough if you’re wanting to ski the day you leave. We moved our car to a pay lot next door but it was still a pain. Otherwise the place was great and sparkling clean. Loved that there’s a washer/dryer.

The location was excellent for the price. The best ski in/out location for families, right next to Quicksilver lift. When we come back to Breck, will stay in Cedars Townhouses again.

The office of Summit Mountain Rentals (that represents the host) was not helpful AT ALL.They finally acted on the fourth day after I demanded to speak with someone with authority to give me a refund.Here is the list of issues and problems found at this property at our arrival on 02/15/2026 (All of them documented with pictures).Firstly, I was unable to use the front door for ski in/out access because host don’t provide physical KEY’s.Management expect that guests will ONLY USE the GARAGE DOOR with a four-digit code to access the property.Additionally, I encountered the following problems:- The black coffee maker located on the counter was not operational. - The jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was not working.- There are several picture frames and decorations on the living room floor.- I noticed a significant hole in the wall on the staircase between the kitchen and the living room.

The house may be more suitable for families with small children, since the second bedroom has bunk beds and is uncomfortable for adults. but overall it is a great property.

Christmas ski vacation

Great location for a family Christmas. Easily accessible to chair lifts. Teens walked up to Beaver chair lift and the 10 year old and I skiied down to quicksilver lift. Easy walk into town also for all the beautiful Christmas lights and shopping. The lodge had everything we needed to cook most meals at home. It was a great stay!

Great location!

The location can't be beat! You're literally steps away from the Silver Chair and a block away from the Beaver Run resort. The shuttle is across the street from the property. Management is highly responsive...aside from the three flights of stairs to the fourth floor bedrooms, this is an ideal place to stay, and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Spring ski trip

We had a wonderful weekend for our family spring ski trip. It was a great ski in ski out location. It was the perfect location to ski for the morning, then stop back in to eat lunch, then head out for more fun. The only down side was our car couldn’t fit in the garage, but we knew that when we booked. Luckily our daughter’s car fit just fine. We would definitely book here again!!

Great ski weekend!

The description with respect to ski in and out doesn’t do it justice. You can ski within 50’ of the front door. Skiing out just carry your stuff 40’ down the road and go between the buildings and the slope is right there! Everything was clean and as advertised. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, but overpriced

I am a returner to this property. I love it. The location is great. 5mn walk to town, 1mn to the Quicksilver superchair, so convenient! I stayed in this unit 2yrs ago, and I was very pleased to see that they updated the kitchen and partially the bathroom next to it. They were both way overdue. However, the price of the unit is twice what I paid for 2 years ago for the same dates (Thanksgiving week). It's 4 times during Spring Break. I had reached management bc I thought it was an error. I could not believe the price increase. While it's a great unit, to me it is not worth the price anymore. We reserved early and came with additional family, but due to the price, depending on the date when we go back to Breck, we will choose more affordable options (we go there almost yearly). I had stayed in other places and prefer this one but now the price is prohibitive. Others price is still ok. Summary: PROS: - Location - Updated kitchen (fully stocked!) - Comfortable, spacious, warm - Parking (garage and in the housing complex) CONS: - Price - Unit needs some attention to detail given the new price (higher standards now!). For ex, the remodel in the downstairs half bath is really half way done. They redid the counter and the floor. However, they left the towel bars, light switch covers, mirror, sideboards, from the 1980s (wood/gold). The upstairs main bedroom bathroom does not have a drain cover (but the second bdr bathroom does). More hangers would help. OVERALL, recommended but pricy!

Perfect vacation townhouse!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The slope-side mountain view is unbeatable, the stream in front of the unit is awesome to listen to at night under the mountain stars with a glass of wine. The unit was nicely updated (kitchen was great!) very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for a perfect vacation spot!

Summer Vacation

We enjoy spending time in Breckenridge every summer. The location of the Cedars townhome was an excellent location to walk to town or hike up the mountains. We really enjoyed our stay and the accomodations.
