  • Denna underbara, nyinredda villa är det perfekta korsningen av moderna och bekväma. Bekvämt snuggle upp med familj eller vänner för en minnesvärd semester. Ligger precis nära huvudstaden och mycket nära de viktigaste skidliftarna. Peak 9 hiss och skidor och snowboarduthyrning.

    Vid ankomsten på nedre våningen hittar du ett komplett badrum med två sovrum; alla har en bekväm queen size-säng. På huvudvåningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med granitplattor, matplats, vardagsrum med gaspis, plattskärms-TV, DVD och nöjescenter inrymt i bergväggen med gott om mysiga sittplatser, badrum och balkong.

Very convenient

Very convenient area. Tucked away right around the corner from Main Street so it stays quiet and relaxing. The stay was clean and organized. The full bathroom downstairs with the bedrooms was super convenient as well. Felt very comfortable here and will stay again!

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for our Breck trip. Location is a quick walk to Peak 9 and had everything we could need for our stay. Unit was clean and a perfect set up for our family of four.

Great location and great condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our 3 member family (2 adults, 1 child). Only challenge was a broken keypad and dishwasher during our stay.

Just perfect!

We goto Breck at least a few times per year and have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals. I have to say, this unit was easily amongst the best. It was so cozy, clean, and just exactly what we needed! Close to town, close to the ice arena and walkable to everything. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Location location location

This property was perfect in every way! Location was an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The unit was very comfortable and clean and the management team was easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this unit.

Great Stay Over Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at the Lances West Condo. The condo was spacious enough for our family of five with two bedrooms downstairs (with bunk bed) and a spacious living and dining area.

Fantastic Property in Breckenridge!

Our family decided to vacation in Colorado and ended up staying for 5 nights over 4th of July weekend. This property is well setup for a family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked and provides all the necessities for when we wanted to cook. The property is in a prime location to be able to walk around downtown. We will be staying here again when back in Breck!

Great Beckenridge Vacation

We had a great time at Lance's West condo. Pictures matched the interior and everything was clean and in order. Kitchen was well stocked with every appliance / utensil you could need. Communication was great with the hosts, no complaints 5 star stay!

Spring Break in Breck

This was a perfect location for our family's spring break trip to Breckenridge. The Quicksilver lift is about a 10 minute walk, which was manageable for our 4 year old (in ski boots no less)! The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only (minor) complaint is that their is no laundry in the condo itself, it is located in another building a short walk away.

Reviewer Comments: Had a great time, property was clean and updated.Super bonus, it's on the first floor, so no huge flight of stairs to go up...Overall layout is a split-level with "living room" upstairs and bedrooms down. This mean the noise from "upstairs" is within the condo, and the bedrooms are super quiet.Super close to the bus stop, longer walk to Peak 9 base area. Easy walk to downtown.

Impeccable condo, great spot in Breck!

The condo was exactly as the pictures portrayed, in an easy spot to get into and then also walk back and forth to the slopes. Everything from the towels to the kitchen sets were up to par. Only thing is that the booking does not show up on your VRBO account so it almost seems like it isn't booked. After writing to the company and calling VRBO I did get the answers I needed but that is a bit of a challenge.

Great place great location!

The Lances West #3 is a great place to stay. We went to ski and it’s was our first time in Breckenridge. The townhouse itself was exactly as pictured and very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the showers great and everything was in order. The heat worked well too. The location to ski was a couple minutes drive or we took the free ride just across the street. We could also walk to the lift by the Marriott if we wanted to. A little more of a trek but manageable. Also walking distance to the little town. It is a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Great Stay

Location was perfect with ease to many parks, hiking trails, mountain biking and a quick walk Main Street. It had lots of room, making it comfortable to our family of 4. Only downfall was the bed in the guest bedroom (tree bedroom) smelled of urine. I am not certain if it was the bed itself, or just the sheets, but they certainly weren’t clean. Thankfully my kids were young enough that they slept in their pack n plays and we didn’t need to use that bed.

However the noise insulation is poor in the entire building and we could hear our neighbors every moves. I guess we were just very unlucky that the people renting the unit next door that week were very early risers (5am)....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of room for our group to stay. The double bunk beds were plenty big enough for adults too. We cooked in two nights, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans and cooking items. The management company will be in contact via text so very easy to get anything you need. The location is walkable to downtown, buses to many different slopes and walkable to most chair lifts. Several ski rental shops are walkable too. I loved that so many of our friends could stay close by so we could easily meet up.

Adequate condo - but not perfect

At first sight we really liked the condo. What we soon learned was there was no daily housekeeping. The laundry was in a different building. Jacuzzi was outside and had to walk through freezing snow to get to. Propane smell in the master bedroom. Needed codes to access Jacuzzi, garbage, recycling, laundry. No cleaning supplies provided at all. Also driveway was snow covered, poorly plowed.
