This rental is a fabulous condominium at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 which is a true 5-star ski-in and ski-out resort on Peak 7 in World Famous Breckenridge, CO. This is a great 4th floor unit with a great view. This resort has all of the amenities anyone would want for a world class ski vacation. The unit itself is a very large spacious split plan of a 2-bedroom, 2 bath unit which sleeps 8 comfortably. The unit has a master bedroom on one side with a King bed and a bathroom with 3 sinks and a tub and a stand-up shower and toilet. The master has a large LED wall mounted cable television on the wall in front of the bed. The other end of the split plan has a second bedroom with a King Bed of its own and a full kitchenette in the second bedroom. The kitchenette includes a small sink, small microwave, small stove, coffee pot and dishes and cups and silverware and small dishwasher. The second bedroom has a second adjoining room area with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has wall mounted LED TVs with cable television for both beds. Between the split plan bedrooms is the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace controlled by a wall switch, a large LED cable TV above the fireplace and a pull-out sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 more. The living room has a chair in it in addition to the leather couch and sofa table. The dining area seats 6 and there is a separate full-size kitchen off of the living room that has a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, double sink, microwave oven, coffee pot and all of your necessary appliances and dishes, pots and pans and utensils for your use during your stay. The unit has carbon monoxide and smoke detectors and it has a full sprinkler system in the building. The unit has a balcony with 2 chairs on it. The unit has plenty of places to store and hang jackets and clothes and both bedrooms have dressers and nightstands and even the second bedroom sleeper sofa has a nightstand of its own. The unit has two entrances so you could do a full lock-off of the second bedroom if you desired and you could close off the second bedroom as its own suite for privacy if desired.
