Snow trip
This place was perfect for a week long get away to do some snowboarding. It's a great location, just a short walk to main street and the grocery store, and right on the bus line.

Ghost hot tub
Hot tub listed when booked had been removed. Laundry in basement is coin operated and there were a few bags of laundry for the building laying around. Overall, not displeased with accomodations but probably wont be booking this location again.

Location location
Very small. The circular staircase was very difficult to manage. The bed in the loft was terrible. A full mattress on top of a twin leaves a 12” overhang supported by two luggage racks!!

Worst place we have stayed at
So dont let the pictures fool you they are edited to the max. Once our group checked in we noticed a foul smell of mold and mildew to the point where its unbearable. Nobody was able to sleep, everyone had stuffy noses in the morning and one person had a swollen face. We contacted owner and as were finishing trip have not received a call back, if i can give zero stars i would horriable experiance and plz dont edit pictures to make the place seem like what its not. And from a health standpoint go ahead and book another room sace yourself the headeches we have endured on this noghtmare of a trip.

Ultimate Ullr Experience
Our stay in downtown Breckenridge during Ullr Fest was unforgettable! The condo's prime location allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the festival's festivities, and the cozy, well-appointed space provided a perfect retreat after the day's adventures. Highly recommended for an ultimate Ullr experience!

Outdated, but quirky
Overall, the place sufficed. Can use a good bit of updating. Late check-in because the code was wrong. Took 3 hrs to get into the unit. Property management company wasn’t ready for my arrival. The unit must have just been painted, there was no art on the walls and dust/ paint buckets left out and residue everywhere. They sent a cleaning company out to clean. Took 3+ weeks for them to get someone in to hang the art back up. Unit has good bones, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless updates are made.

Great location, but…
Great location, clean, easy to get around. My one complain is that the “loft bed” was not a bed but a futon mattress propped on top of random furniture. For the price of this property you would think they give you an actual bed. Expensive for college frat house level accommodations

Great stay on a Budget.
The apartment is dated but did exactly what we needed it for. We were working on a budget for a friend's skiing trip. The Futon bed isn't really a bed it's made up of 3 items underneath and isn't very comfortable at all, A mattress on the floor would be better suited.

Ski Trip
The rental was right by the mountain resort so accessing the lifts by walking or by bus was very easy. The loft bed was a bit weird, and tilted a bit, and the bunk area was very hot. Otherwise the space was fantastic.

Location is excellent. Easy walk to the lift. Other than the downstairs beds all of the furniture needs to be replaced. No wine glasses. Doors to the terrace are missing curtains. But you can’t beat the price!

Great location
We loved the location. The condo is walking distance to Main Street and the base of Peak 9 (the Village). There were several things we didn’t like about the condo. The picture of the room (which is tiny) with the bunk beds is misleading. The white bunk bed in the picture is not what was in the room. The bunk bed had a rickety metal frame. The railing for the top bunk was not attached. On the last day we found it under the bed and could not attach it. The ladder is scary and the mattresses were uncomfortable. I wouldn’t feel safe having a young child sleep on the top bunk. The mattress in the master bedroom was I think memory foam which meant there were indents from the last people sleeping in the bed. The mattress in the loft was too big for the frame. The couch in the main room needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable. The kitchen was fully functional but didn’t have enough forks and spoons for us (family of five).

Great location!!
Quick walk into downtown Breckenridge was amazing for shopping and lots of options for eating. Shuttle stop out front. Great little sledding hill right behind the condo within walking distance. (Some sleds are available at the hill, but also sold at City Market). City market is an amazing little grocery store also just a block away.

Great!
Fantastic location in order to access free shuttles to Breck ski lifts. Even better was quick and easy walk to town. Very neat and clean, nicely equipped kitchen. Fans available to keep condo more comfortable. Only two downsides we found - only one bathroom in condo and only one parking space. We would definitely stay again with fewer family members.

Unit was filthy and a mess
The unit was extremely dirty and dusty. Hair found in the kitchen pots and in the corners of the bathroom floors. My daughter was sneezing the entire time due to the dust build up. Lamps and dressers falling apart. Rugs were filthy. You need to reavaluate your cleaning crew. Take out the shower door that is in the bedroom and clean up the mess under the stairs. I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. Parking was a nightmare as the lot was always full. We had to call the policy to allow us to park in the school lot so we didn't get towed. I reached out to the Property Manager and gave her all my feedback with pictures. She offered me 1 night refund which is insulting. I should be getting back at least half or more. At any rate, the place needs some work.

great place!
Short stay in Breck for the weekend but it was perfect for what we needed. Bummed that everything was closed past 8pm due to current restrictions but this condo was great. Only think I'd mention is the mattress in the larger bedroom. The reviews are true - it's a very hard memory foam mattress and takes some getting used to. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and this was a perfect location! Really close to mainstreet.

One day in Breckenridge
We were only able to stay one night in this apartment because the ski resort closed just as we arrived due to COVID-19. The SKYRUN staff were very friendly, helpful and understanding and refunded much of our reservation costs very promptly. Unfortunately we weren't able to recover the taxes paid to Breckenridge and the state.

Great location, remodeled bathroom, extra beds, otherwise just a bit dated
Location only couple blocks from Main Street, Free bus stops right outside front door, clean and neat, but a bit cramped and a bit dated. Don’t stay here if you plan to spend a lot of time in the condo, but great for location, number of beds, reasonable price, access to all Brueck has to offer. Management company also responsive and helpful.

Kinda small but workabale.
I have to say that we have unusual requests when it comes to a condo so bear that in mind. My dad and I rent a condo for the first weekend of the NCAA basketball tournament every year so we can plant our butts on the couch and watch basketball for 4 days. So we want HD tv and a comfortable couch. This place delivered. It's the other little things that make it a sweet place or just an ok place. This condo I think is advertised as multiple bedrooms and it is but one of them is really a converted closet with bunk beds. No window no light and very hot. There is a loft with a very hard futon and don't plan on an easy trek up to the loft. Spiral staircase is treacherous. Do not plan on coming down in the night to use the bathroom. Kitchen is tiny but serviceable. Same for the bathroom. I read in their little guest book that a family of 5 stayed there. Can't believe that. You'd be on top of each other. I guess if you're only using it as a place to sleep and are out skiing/exploring all day and eating every meal out and have time to cycle 5 people through a little bathroom it could work. Like I said though my dad and I hardly leave the place so it got a little clostrophobic. Location is convenient. Easy to walk 2-4 blocks and end up on Main Street right near Ollies, Breck brewery and many other dining and drinking establishments. Loved the humidifier. Overall it's dated and small and I think you pay a bit of a premium for the location but not a bad place.

Overall descent
Can see mountain from balcony. Quick 5min bus ride to station/gondola. City market within 5min bus or car ride. School right behind condo with public sled hill behind the school—free sleds can be found at hot tub area. Hot tubs in basement. Easy walk to Main Street. Need to upgrade mattresses because All the beds are hard. Plus, i understand you need to reuse towels to save energy, but not the same towel and rag for 7days. A sign in bathroom stated that towel exchange is a type of service charge??? Anyways overall descent- good location from Breck, Keystone, Vail, and Arapahoe. Two and half hours from Denver International Airport. Canteen and Eric’s great places to eat. Easy check in and out.

We're very glad you enjoyed your stay and the location. We're sorry you were offended by our sign encouraging people to reuse their towels. We are always happy to provide towels on request, but have found most guests understand our attempt to be more environmentally friendly.

Comfortable, spacious and close
This property was very roomy for 4 adults as long as you don't need a beer from the fridge while someone has the door open on the dishwasher. The kitchen couldn't be more compact, so if you are planning home cooking, be aware. It has a bus stop right outside the door which is great after a day of pounding the slopes. The futon upstairs was not comfortable but the twin mattresses on the bunk beds were nice. They do not match each other, so hauling them anywhere to lay them together will create a king size bed with a drop down in the center. The master bed has memory foam which is great if you're use to it. If you've never slept on one, you will find it very comfortable until you try to roll over. They curve to your contours, so it's kind of like trying to roll out of a ditch. The couch was worn but very nice seating and the place is very clean. The only thing I would do if this place was mine, is redecorate. The existing decor is a bit thrown together and does not reflect the magic of the mountain setting. It is comfortable but lacks charm.
