I am a deeded owner at Grand Lodge on Peak 7; I have a confirmed booking for a check-in date of 3/8/25 for 7 nights. Checking out on 3/15/25. These are the only dates that can be booked and only for 7 nights. All resort amenities will be available to the renter.

The 2 bedroom residence includes a full 1 bedroom unit with an attached studio unit. It accommodates 8 people. The 1 bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining room table, in-unit washer & dryer, gas fireplace, private bedroom with king bed, bath with separate tub & shower, large living room area with queen sleeper sofa, and private balcony. The attached studio unit has a private bedroom with king bed, full bath, kitchenette, & smaller living area with a queen sleeper sofa. There are flat panel TVs in each of the living areas and both bedrooms. 2 Ski lockers and 2 parking spaces in the heated garage are included with the rental. This 2 bedroom residence is ~1,300 sq ft.

Guest Access:
Grand Lodge has CONCIERGE service for dog sledding, snowmobiling, dinner sleigh rides, etc., multiple POOLS & HOT TUBS (indoors & outdoors), zero entry CHILDREN'S POOL, GAME ROOM, LIBRARY with free computer use, BOARD GAMES can be checked out at the front desk, state of the art EXERCISE ROOM overlooking majestic views, with the attached GROTTO that is adult only with hot tub and saunas, and 4 MOVIE THEATERS for your party's use! Movie theaters are high demand, so you may want to make your reservation for your party's private use of a theater when you check in.

The GRAND LOBBY has incredible ski area views from every angle, a full service WET BAR and PIANO LOUNGE with a 2 story stone FIREPLACE for that perfect mountain lodge experience.

Immediately in front of the Grand Lobby door is the INDEPENDENCE CHAIRLIFT. Steps away is the Breck-Connect GONDOLA for a free ride to town or to Peak 8 skiing!

2 Free LOCKERS are available for your ski equipment. Ask for keys when checking in. Ski equipment is not allowed in your suite!

2 PARKING spaces in the heated garage are included with the rental.

There is FREE WIFI.

Also located on site is SEVEN'S RESTAURANT and the SOOTHE DAY SPA.

The resort desk is open 24/7 and is always available to attend to their guests' needs or questions. I am available by messaging in the VRBO app. I am happy to offer recommendations as well. We have spent a lot of wonderful vacations in Breckenridge.

Other Details to Note:
Upon booking, I will notify Grand Lodge and give them the names of the guests who will be staying in this unit. Guests will check-in with the Resort's front desk upon arrival and provide identification and credit card for incidentals. Identification
must match the contact information that you provide to me when booking: Name, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number and Email. The person checking in must be 21 or older. Parking passes and ski locker keys will be provided at that time if needed.
