Njut av en perfekt bergsresa i denna vackra 4-sovrum, lyxiga 5-badrumshus på Breckenridge Jack Nicklaus-designade 27-håls golfbana. Detta rymliga hem är ett bra tillflyktsort för stora familjer eller grupper på upp till 15 personer. Det ligger bara ett kort avstånd från cykelleder, flugfiske och miles av nordisk skidåkning, vilket ger tillgång till fritidsaktiviteter året runt! Du kan enkelt köra till backarna och till centrala Breckenridge för shopping, restauranger och underhållning. Du kommer också att älska den privata badtunnan på däck efter en lång dag som spelas i bergen!

När du går in i det stora rummet kommer du att välkomnas av ett vackert 30 fot högt välvt tak med stockstolar och en bro som spänner över rummet på andra våningen. Renter Beware

The property management company, Summit Rentals, was awesome and very prompt to respond to our inquires. While the house is big enough for a large group and is in a great location for skiing at Breckenridge, the house was not well maintained. Summit Rentals did everything we asked to make it better, but it was as if the owners are not putting any money into the property. The cookware was old, filthy, and not a complete set, i.e. no lids to match to pots and pans correctly (Summit Rentals brought us a new set of cookware), and no Tupperware for leftovers. The house uses radiant floor heat which meant the bedrooms upstairs were chilly at night. There were space heaters for the bedrooms but none of them worked. There are no floor mats at any of the entries to the house so snow and dirt constantly gets tracked into the house, thus the floors get filthy real fast. The hot tub is nice but the jets only work effectively on one side. Overall we had a good stay thanks to Summit Rentals, but the nagging issues with the house kept it from being a great stay.

Ski Trip Get Away

Great house for a large group of skiers. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Large kitchen and eating area for everyone. Hot Tub is a bonus after a long day of skiing. We had an issues with the alarm system sounding due to low battery and they fixed it right away the same day we called.

Loved staying here. Location was perfect for us we wanted to ski three locations – Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail. House was good for our group. Very comfy and spacious. The only thing I would recommend is replacing the full size bed in the Master suite with a queen or king size bed.

Lovely and convenient property right by Breckenridge

This was a beautiful and huge home, and it was incredibly convenient for us as a group who stayed the weekend to ski. The hot tub was amazing, it's only a 10 min walk to a shuttle that takes you right to Breckenridge, the fireplace is fantastic, and it felt larger than the photos! Our only feedback is that the place could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Generally areas were clean, but we found some areas that were quite dusty, and with people who stayed in the pull out beds we found it wasn't as properly cleaned for us. However, we'd certainly stay again!

Loved this spot

Everything good, location excellent kids enjoyed the area playing in the snow had tons of fun. House located in an awesome spot and everything is local. Only problem is furniture is very outdated. mattresses need to be replaced and a better condition tv in the living room because when traveling with kids a decent working tv is a must.

Nice mountain getaway

Nice enough, strange decorations in the living room. Rented specifically for the pianos as my girlfriend is a musician and they were both terribly out of tune and unplayable. This was disappointing. Great location and a hot tub. Just the pianos as reasoning for 4 stars not 5.

Overall a great stay!

Great place to stay with plenty of room! Couple of the mattresses could stand to be replaced... or at least add a topper. Would also be helpful if there had been a snow shovel, an indoor broom for tidying, and at least a couple of extra garbage bags or let people know to bring their own. I would stay again though! House Has Potential But Very Dusty

The house is large with plenty of room but its condition is very dusty. Needs a deep cleaning. Looks like the owners just up and left due to personal effects and knick knacks everywhere. Don’t stay here if you’re allergic to dust. Beds very old and uncomfortable with worn bedding. One bed is too high to get into since a large mattress cover has been placed on it to hide a very old mattress. Kitchen lacks organization. Family room TV is useless. Only good TV is in a small den with a small loveseat - no place for family to sit. Creepy clowns and broken pianos in living room. Nice hot tub and large garage. Again, don’t stay here if dust bothers you. The owners clearly do not care about the condition of this house and the comfort of their guests. If they did, it would be deep cleaned and useless junk removed along with personal pictures on many surfaces.

We enjoyed the stay. Very spacious for all 7 of us and we enjoyed using the hot tub. The trash can I the kitchen was full of trash when we arrived, the ice maker made very little ice and the ice cube trays need replaced. There were open bags of chips in the cupboards.

For the most part it was good

I think a lot of the other reviews say the same thing but overall the experience was good. Very spacious, enough beds and rooms for 12 people. Great area. Just 8 minutes to breckenridge ski resort. There was an issue with the hot water. Barely like warm. Called the number and they said they’d come and take a look. Not sure if they did cause it was still the same temperature when we got back from the mountains. Only way we resolved this was to blast the steamer room while taking a shower and that did make it better. But having a nice hot shower after being in the mountain all day would’ve been better. A lot of the furniture was very out dated. Other than those two things we had a great trip

Strong Potential...

Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and a good experience with Hohenmark Haus / Summit Mountain Rentals. The location of the property is amazing, with easy access to several mountains including Breck and Copper. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and steam room. However, there were a number of details preventing us from feeling like a 5-star property. - Arrival process was fine, have to pick up keys from the office in Frisco rather than the typical lock-box on-site. - Hot water heater was inadequate for 12 people. Several of us never experienced a hot (or even warm) shower, which would have been nice after long days on the ski hills. Thank God for the hot tub... - Garage door code did not work. A few late arrivers got locked out thinking we could utilize the code. - Beds were disappointing. Mattresses were lumpy and uneven. - WiFi was spotty and stopped working for the last day or two. - Floors were a bit dirty. Feet/socks turned black from walking around indoors without slippers. - All knives were very dull. Made cooking less enjoyable. - Decor was a bit odd... Creepy clowns, broken pianos, etc. You will see mention of this in other reviews as well... TLDR: Great location for a decent value, but missing some of the finer points.

Awesome size, great location!

Great size for a larger group - plenty of space and very large living room/kitchen area. Hot tub was incredible, and the kitchen was stocked with any tool/item needed to cook! Location was great - only ~8-10min drive from the gondola at peak 8. Really easy and convenient.
