Kramar hisslinjerna på både Snowflake och Beaver Run-liftarna, Los Pinos ligger en kort promenad från staden och på den kostnadsfria pendelvägen. Komplexet ger dig en utmärkt plats, bara en kort bild till snöflingan, tillgång till poolen vid Upper Village och bubbelpool på plats, och en lätt promenad till alla dina favorit Breckenridge-platser. De 2 hissarna ligger en kort bit bort för enkel åtkomst till topp 9 och det finns gratis wi-fi, en 12-personig badtunna på plats och fri tillgång till en stor uppvärmd inomhus- och utomhuspool en kort bilresa eller 5 minuters promenad bort. The condo erbjuder ett uppvärmt garage och uppfart som erbjuder plats för 2 bilar och allt ditt skidutrustningar.

Inne i lägenheten kommer du att vara inslagna i bergskomfort, börja med den mysiga eldstaden, bekväma möbler och välvda tak. Matplatsen är utrustad med en sex personer bord, och ligger precis intill granit täckt kök. Köket är öppet och inbjudande och erbjuder gott om utrymme och hårdvara för att laga en snöstorm. Overall it was a great experience. Everything was clean and neat and well furnished. If I had one thing to improve I would say overall the furniture wasn’t that comfortable … couch was pretty saggy and mattresses were pretty firm but that is just a personal preference. Management checked in frequently and seems super responsive. No real issues at all and would definitely recommend this as a wonderful place to stay in Breckenridge.

Convenient, comfortable location for a Breckenridge stay

We had a family trip to Breckenridge, 5 total. The condo was very spacious, everything in working order, and easily accessible. You could walk to the Beaver Run lift (about 8 mins) or even closer, to the Snowflake lift (less than 5 mins). I would stay certainly here again.

GREAT LOCATION

Fantastic location to hop on the snowflake lift & hit the slopes! Truly ski in/ski out. Rooms, bathrooms, living spaces, amenities were fine. Just to note…there is an outside flight of stairs and another flight of stairs up the front door. Would stay here again for sure!

Everything was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 people. Excellent location! Easy shuttle and ski in and out access. Would absolutely stay here again. Garage was a plus too. Loved the radiant heat!

Cozy, clean and wonderful location

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The communication was great, and the property management team was very responsive. We loved the location and ease of accessing the Snowflake lift and town! It is a cozy condo and has all the basics needed to cook meals, relax and enjoy a nice gas fire !

The property management couldn’t have made it easier and they checked in with me to make sure I was settled in. The property was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, walk to the snowflake lift.

Nice condo, convenient to lift and town!

This was a great location for our skiers (close to lift) and non-skiers (close to town). We had plenty of space, and the condo was well furnished with everything we needed. The property managers were easy to communicate with, and very responsive to questions. Would recommend, and would stay here again. Thanks for an easy stay!

Great location for family holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well laid out. The ski-in/out part was down a short path across the street. It was a little tricky but really quick and fun. Heated garage was terrific, plus room for one more car when my friend visited. Beds were comfortable and place was warm. We like to stay in and cook. They had pots and pans, but it would be great to have some large serving bowls or platters for a big meal. Overall a terrific place at a great location. Thank you!

Beautiful views of the trees and the mountains from the back of the condo. Take advantage of the free shuttle bus stop almost right outside the condo. Don’t miss the sawmill hike accessible from the condo sawmill to the reservoir nice hike along the river. Condo walkable to downtown Breckenridge.

Place was very nice. I should’ve looked closer at a map as it was listed as ski in ski out access although the lift was a couple blocks away needing to walk rather than ski. Also had a parking issue with the “owner” underneath us that seemed entitled to our spot although we told them we would be coming in and out with the car so blocking us in the garage wasn’t an option.Other than that the place was as advertised, fireplace was nice, heat worked great, heated garage was awesome for our snow gear and the rental agency was very responsive. Would rent again.

Clean and Comfortable

Very Clean, quiet, all needed things were there. Communication on how to get there and how to get in was excellent. Couldn't get into the garage but ended up not needing it. There are 34 stairs to walk up to get into the unit. Was not a problem for me but good to know for others who may find that challenging. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Owner switched our rental to a downgrade

We were moved to a different location because the owner decided to use the condo the week we were scheduled to stay. We were bumped to Sundowner II. The primary bed was soft, was worn out, and caved in the middle. WiFi did not work despite contacting management. The whole place felt tired and worn. Moved out mid week and doubled up with other family in another facility

All of the codes made for easy entry and the prior e-mail upon arrival was step by step of what to do upon departure. All areas were clean and well maintained. Heating in the bedrooms were great. The living area got a little chilly, but once we found the switch for the fireplace it was perfect. Location was close and convenient to all things Breckenridge. We would definitely stay here again!
