Perfect condo in the perfect location! Condo is spacious and clean and check in was easy. Located right at the base of peak 8 makes it easy to quickly hit the slopes. We'll be back!

The apartment is amazing. Its huge and has all supplies, shampoo etc. Kitchen well stocked. Acriss thd hall from.spa. right in slioes, ski concierge staff great. Booking oc bowling alley and cinema brilliant. Shuttle service great. I prefer a bigger sofa but armchairs comfy.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The number of rooms accommodated my whole 5-person family. It is located conveniently to the ski hill and ski school. The amenities were also fabulous. Definitely make time for the pool and sauna!

Convenient Time in Breckenridge!

Great property and super convenient for the lifts. Also, having pool and gym across from the unit was a huge plus.

Great stay

This was the perfect location for an end of that ski season stay with the family. Plenty of room. Great location. The ski valet was great. The condo has everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

This was our first time to Breckenridge and I wouldn’t change a thing. The location was perfect - very close to the lifts on peak 8. There were several walkable food options, but the Living Room restaurant in this building was such a nice escape from the crowds at Ski Hill Grill during the day. The condo itself was lovely. Well-stocked, very clean. There’s a great bath tub to soak in if the hot tub is too crowded. Highly recommend using Ski Butler for rentals. They bring everything to the building for you, have it ready for you in the morning and store everything overnight. They will even hold your equipment throughout the day while you go inside to warm up- super helpful when all the public racks are full!

Our stay at this stunning Breckenridge property was absolutely wonderful. We visited in October to spend time with our adult children who live in Colorado, and the home provided the perfect setting for our family getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The location was ideal. It was peaceful, yet close to town, and we were even treated to a moose sighting right near the property! One of our favorite memories was our family night in the private bowling alley, which was the perfect ending to our trip. The hosts were attentive and professional, making our experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a luxurious mountain retreat in Breckenridge.

Great Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at One Ski Hill Place. The condo is well appointed and had a kitchen with all of the cooking tools we required. The location at the base of Peak 8 was perfect for our small kids (ages 5 to 10). It was particularly convenient to have the pool/hot tub right across the hall from the condo. We definitely plan on staying here again!

BEST location!

Great location with the easiest access to the slopes we have ever experienced. The specific unit was awesome with the hot tubs and spas right across the hall. The only downfall was having to go into town to a lockbox to get the keys and then return them there.

The property was perfect for the five of us: my son and daughter-in-law and their two boys (ages 3 and 5). It was spacious, clean, well stocked for our 3-day stay, and the layout was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds!The overall complex was also great. We bowled and spent a lot of time in the aquatic center. The adults took turns using the fitness center. We also enjoyed taking the gondola into town, the chairlift to the summit, and playing mini-golf. The free shuttle which operates much like Uber was very useful.We would stay here again!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time staying here. Check in process was painless and we had no issue finding our room. The fireplace unit was broken, but they did try there best to fix it. Once determined it couldn’t be fixed during our stay the management company made it right with a refund and a complimentary late check out.

Amazing location

The place is wonderful. You have 4 lifts just 10 steps Gondola that takes you to the town and to the peak 7. The suite was clean and everything works well. The only suggestion is that is so inconvenient to take the keys 5 minutes far away by car. You can not have the keys in the lobby. Maybe you should arrange this in order to have a restful and comfortable stay. Thanks

Very enjoyable!!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was clean and the location to the slopes was great! Only issue we had was having only 2 keys. When we called we were told we couldn't have anymore. We had 3 different groups all going different ways so it made entering the condo difficult.
