Welcome to your elegant mountain vacation at the Double Diamond Lodge! This stunning 5,594-square-foot haven is nestled away up on Peak 8 here in Breckenridge. A beautifully crafted modern style cabin with elegant woodwork and stunning stone details throughout the home. Walk out your front door to find the pristine Nordic trails of Peak 8, great for hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter. This home offers a truly unforgettable mountain experience. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.

Main Floor -
The Great Room: The moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the soaring ceilings, massive stone fireplace, and abundant natural light that floods the spacious great room. Plush seating invites you to relax and unwind after a day of adventure, while the floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the breathtaking mountain vistas.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen, a culinary enthusiast's dream, features top-of-the-line appliances, dual islands with bar seating, and ample counter space. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or simply enjoying a casual breakfast, this space offers both functionality and style. We have both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig.

Dining Room: When it's time to dine, choose from two adjacent dining areas that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. For a more intimate gathering, retreat to the cozy fireside nook, where you can share stories and laughter by the warm glow of the fireplace.

Primary Bedroom on Main: You will also find one of the primary bedrooms tucked away in the back on the main level with a king bed and beautiful ensuite bathroom. You will find a large flat screen TV, and a great reading bench along the windows in the bedroom. As you make your way to the bathroom you will find an expansive double vanity, a large soaking tub, and an expertly crafted walk-in shower with built in seating.

Bathrooms: There is a powder room by the office space.

Extra amenities: The main level also includes a private office for those who need to stay connected, as well as a spacious mudroom to keep your gear organized. Step outside onto the back patio to enjoy the tranquility of the mountain air, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the gas fire pit for a memorable evening under the stars.

Upper Level:
Primary Bedroom: Find the second luxurious primary suite offers a serene retreat with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like ensuite featuring a large vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in steam shower.
Second Bedroom: spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed and large TV.
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds with a TV
Fourth Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed and large TV
Fifth Bedroom: Bunk room with a queen bed over queen bed bunk, twin over twin bunk, and a trundle bed. (can sleep 7)
Sixth Bedroom: Spacious bedroom with a King-sized bed, TV, and large closet.
Bathrooms: There are 2 shared bathrooms on the upper floor, and one private ensuite bathroom.

Lower Level:
The ground level is a true entertainment haven, with a foosball table, billiards, an 80-inch TV with theater-style seating, pinball machines, and a variety of arcade games. Whether you're a gaming enthusiast or simply looking for a fun way to spend an evening, there's something for everyone. With its prime location, luxurious amenities, and stunning mountain views, this home is the perfect destination for families, friends, and anyone seeking an unforgettable alpine getaway.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out: This home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic Ski trail system and close proximity (0.2mi) to a MyFreeRide bus stop. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic ski trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems offering the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and the excitement of high alpine skiing nearby. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
